“Pink Penthouse Deluxe” is a luxurious Beverly Hills Hotel-inspired retro hideaway in a lovingly restored 1940 warehouse, just steps away from the main intersection in Chattanooga's bustling Southside neighborhood. Enjoy privacy and seclusion above the fray on the second story, a private rooftop deck, and 30+ independent, locally owned restaurants, bars, galleries and venues within a ten-minute walk.

The historic Chattanooga Choo Choo complex is right across the intersection and visible from your kitchen window.

There’s a loading zone right next to the building and a free dedicated parking spot in a lot just across the intersection, ~200’ from the rental.

We love kids, but this is not a kid-safe unit because of the stairs and all the breakable art and decorations. Please check out our other listings, which include a 2-bed/2.5-bath two-story loft with a full/twin bunk bedroom.

Very clean and convenient. Owner was very responsive with some minor issues that came up and just general questions. Parking is about a half a block away but that’s just the area. Place very close to street but no problem with noise when sleeping. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property and amazing hosts!

The property was beautiful and the hosts were amazing! It was my husbands 40th birthday and they went above and beyond for us! The location was perfect for walking to several restaurants and attractions.

Love this spot

Absolutely loved this pink penthouse. Dan and Lindsey gave excellent instructions on checking in and parking. Super quick responses when I had questions about our stay. This place was so clean. And the decor and vibe of this 1 bed 1.5 bath was incredible. Will definitely book again next time I’m in Chattanooga.

Wonderful place to stay

I would highly recommend this loft. As someone who loves old building renovation and art deco this was the perfect place for me! The renovation with its high ceilings and high grade finishes was perfect. The interior was playful and beautiful. Whoever did the interior design had such attention to detail! The host was very responsive and the check in directions were clear and easy to follow. I loved the neighborhood as well and felt safe there by myself.

It was perfect, secure, close to everything, did I forget parking!

Great host. They’re right at your fingertips for anything. The place was clean, comfortable, most of all welcoming. They give you a list of great spots. If you tell them your plans they will go out of the way to suggests the most fitting evening. 10/10 will be back!

Excellent condo and location

We loved our stay. The decor was delightful and the unit was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and "almost" made me want to cook;) However, with so many great restaurants within walking distance...no need! There's even a comfy outdoor/roof space when the weather is nice. The neighborhood offers convenient access to anything you'd want to do in downtown Chattanooga. Perfect hosts, too. We would absolutely stay again!

Perfect Pink Retreat

The property was definitely as described. Everything was neat and clean! The decor and amount of detail the property included was phenomenal! It was truly a chic modern meets vintage vibe! Loved it!! Hosts were super friendly and quick to respond!

Perfect Pink Palace!

There is one word for this place…audacious. It’s unapologetically pink and FUN. Here is why we would stay again: 1. Parking comes with the unit and it is in the right spot for South Side dining, which is why we came to Chatty. There is a loading area at the rental to get your stuff out and the parking is about a block away. You have a Reserved spot with a little sign and because of the location of this rental we walked to dine and saved LOTS of in parking/valet fees in this area of town. 2. Space. It’s a very large penthouse with an amazing kitchen ( we didn’t use but it is gorgeous ) lots of light, KING bed which we wanted and a very large shower. 3. As advertised. Super clean. King bed. Foam topper. 2 toilets. Nice seating area. 4. Location location location. You are blocks away from such innovative dining choices - you can eat your day away! 5. Host responsiveness - they could not have been more gracious, quick replies, wonderful folks; they have other units in this building you can check with Dan or Lindsey on too if PINK isn’t your thing. Things of note for this unit, it is a LOFT. There are 19 stairs to the main floor of the unit, and another set of stairs to the rooftop deck, so pack light! They are well lit and safe stairs and we felt very safe with a security gate and an internal locked door to this unit. We are in our 50s, so we travel with a small fan, which we needed for air and noise (you are in a city!) No ceiling fans in this unit. Thank you, D&L!

We had a wonderful stay in the Pink Penthouse and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. The decor is fun and unique and loved the retro loft style. The appliances are top of the line. The host was responsive and helpful with questions about parking. This place had so many wonderful features and surprises and we did not want to venture out into the cold and rain. It was a little chilly so we didn't get to fully enjoy the rooftop porch as much as we would have liked but it was a very peaceful place to hang out in the morning and drink coffee.Loved that there are lots of places to eat within a few minutes walk.We'd love to stay again soon.

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed staying at the Rosebud property. The property is adorable right in the heart of the city. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. It is close to Lookout Mountain and many mountain biking/hiking trails. We look forward to going back to Chattanooga and staying here again, bringing friends to stay at the adjoining properties. The only drawback that was remedied with earplugs is traffic/emergency vehicle noise at night.
