While only 2 miles from Main Street attractions and popular beaches, there is so much to do on site you might decide just to stay close to home. Play on land and water all day, enjoy sunset cocktails overlooking Nantucket Sound and Stage Harbor Lighthouse or even catch your own clams and oysters off the shore. There's use of an on-site har-tru clay tennis court, bocce & horseshoe courts; a boathouse deck for picnics or cocktails; access to Oyster Pond River (near Stage Harbor) for dog friendly walks, shellfishing, sand castle building, bird watching and more. Want to explore Chatham by water? Bring or rent kayaks/SUPs with storage steps from the shore or make a special arrangement and supplemental fee to use our dock and bring your own boat (up to 20ft).

The two homes offer 8 bedrooms and 6 full baths combined, with sleeping accommodations for up to 18 people. Each home features a large kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas for up to 10 people with grills, multiple indoor and outdoor gathering areas and 3 full bathrooms (six bathrooms in total). House 1 has water views and is just up the hill from the shore. House 2 is about 0.15mi walk past the tennis court and house 1 to get to the water. The shoreline is a tidal river with direct access to Nantucket Sound/Atlantic Ocean through Stage Harbor channel. At low tide there is room to camp out by the water, but it is not an ocean beach. Water is swimmable. Sand is great for sand castles. It's one of the few places in Chatham where you can take a long beach walk with dogs all year round.

Property access and information: Homes share amenities with the owner who lives there seasonally in a 3rd home on the property. Tennis court may be reserved through an online scheduling app. Bocce and horseshoes are ok to use any time. Guests may store kayaks/SUPs on the rack just a few steps up the shore. Access to the dock (beyond the gate) is prohibited without permission from the owner. Guests may hang out by the boathouse seating area during the day but they need to check availability with the owner before planning longer formal stays such as dinner picnics and cocktails.
