We had a great time with our family of adult children at this property. The home was very clean, well laid out and all was as described in the listing for the property. It had everything you would need to enjoy a vacation from the Kitchen, to the pool and hot tub to beach chairs and Umbrellas. The only thing I would point out is that while it is technically walkable to the beach, it is around a 20 minute walk and obviously you would not be doing that with a full load of beach items. But a quick few minutes drive to the Beach in a car was fine. Overall a very plesant stay.

Fabulous Time

Apart from the basement being remarkably colder than the rest of the house, there is not a single criticism. The house was in an accessible location and convenient to beaches and downtown. The kitchen was well appointed. The house was clean and the linens were high quality. The deck, pool, and hot tub were convivial gathering spots for the family. We had a wonderful experience!

Great Stay for Family Vacation

We just spent a week at the Walk2Beach house in Chatham. The house was excellent. It has a modern, bright, open layout. The outdoor spaces and pool were a hit with the whole family. The location was great and very close to all the action on Main Street in Chatham.

A perfect Cape Cod Vacation

We rented this lovely home for a week through the July Fourth holiday as a birthday celebration for me with my family consisting of six adults and my five grandchildren. We all agreed that the house was fantastic, as everyone was very comfortable with their rooms and ample space to accommodate eleven people, as well as my small service dog, who loved running off leash in the large fenced-in yard. We all enjoyed the pool, complete with floats and toys, and the hot tub to soothe our old bones. There was so much to do, unfortunately, we didn't have the time to do everything the house offered in one week. I guess the only downside was the proximity to the beach, as we had to use one vehicle to bring the beach chairs, etc, supplied by the rental property and ride bikes back and forth. Parking permits are available at the lot for a reasonable price of $20.00 per day or $75.00 per week. Life is short, so if you can afford it, just do it!

Magical Weekend

We were in the area for my daughter's wedding and wanted a house to accommodate our family and friends. The house was perfect and exactly as advertised. Spacious, newly renovated with all the bells and whistles needed to enjoy the week. Four bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms that are nicely appointed in addition to 2 TV areas, and a game room to keep people occupied fulfilled all of our needs. It was still too cool outside to enjoy the pool, hot tub, fire pit and BBQ area but we still had everything we needed to enjoy our magical weekend!

Great location and house!

This place was great for a friends trip on the Cape! It was super spacious, newly renovated, and had everything we needed. Check in was easy, and the house was super clean. We loved the huge living spaces and kitchen, and the location was great. There were a few small things with it being freshly updated that we experienced (the lights in a few rooms didn't turn on), but nothing that hindered the overall experience. The host was super responsive though and offered to check on it all.

Had an amazing time with friends at this house celebrating our 50th. Owner was responsive and place was very clean and just as described. Lots of room!

Clean and just as pictured

Our family of 5 enjoyed the Christmas holiday in Chatham at this lovely home. It is exactly as pictured. Clean throughout, well stocked kitchen, very prompt replies to any questions from host. Very easy check in and check out process. Highly recommend!
