Welcome to Mount Stratus at Mary's Lake in Estes Park, CO! This charming, handicap accessible 2-bed, 2-bath condo with A/C for 6 guests is the perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Breathe in the fresh mountain air while enjoying the sounds of nature that surround you. Take a day trip (or two!) to Rocky Mtn. National Park to sight see places that are unlike any other! Cook in the full kitchen and enjoy the community pool (summer months only, subject to change per HOA). Enjoy!



The Space:

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located near downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park! Enjoy A/C in the winter and the cozy fireplace in the summer. Zero entry to the condo and to one of the bathrooms in the condo.



Guest Access:

Keypad. Door code sent via check in instructions email from PMI Travel.

Extremely clean, well-equipped unit. The view was amazing and given a busy time for business, it was extremely quiet. I will rebook this unit as soon as we have secured dates for returning. Definitely worthy of the highest rating.

Property had somwle trash scattered outside & no lights on the ramp going into the unit. Bathroom floor trim was dusty, but everything else was clean. Beds were comfy. 1st bdrm was very tight to use the hoyer lift in, but the shower was great for the shower chair we brought.

Great location to everything

Family stayed in the condo. The younger boys slept on the pull out couch and my 1 year old slept in thr pack n play that we brought. However they did have one available at the condo. Locking the front door was difficult. The pictures online the rooms/condo seemed larger but, it worked out just fine. The other negative was the entire condo was wheelchair accessible (which we did not need) so the kitchen countertops, stove, sink was very low. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and perf3ct for our family.

We had a great vacation at this property. It had everything we needed and the property management office was very responsive when we had questions. This property provided a space to relax and recharge after some amazing hikes in the park…and the views were amazing! I highly recommend this property!

Couldn’t have been better

Kitchen was stocked with cookware so we could cook dinner every night. Board games were provided and there were comfortable areas to play. The porch had great views and it was nice to eat dinner outside. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, had everything we needed.

Comfy condo beautiful view

Terrific condo. Comfy beds. It is an ada unit so kitchen counters are extra low-but we didn’t use kitchen much. It’s a great location, tranquil, lovely view, lots of deer visitors. Would book again.

Nice condo in nice setting.

The windows do not open which was a little disappointing. Fresh air in the mountains is nice. We may have left an Apple Watch there but have not been notified of that. Finding the correct parking area was a little confusing.

Lock difficulty

We loved the property but it would be nice if someone had told us that you have to hold the door tight shut in order to lock it. Very tricky. We did have many Elk in the area especially in the evening, on the big open space north of our driveway.

You are below another Condo so take that into Strong Consideration

We are regular travelers to the area, and try to be thorough fair reviewers. There were a few hiccups in the beginning with instructions and communication, but it all was worked out and we were able to check in. Just stressful due to it being Christmas Eve. So do take that into consideration when booking because communication is lacking during holidays understandably.The area, cleanliness, and accuracy of the listing were all impeccable! Mary’s Lake is absolutely beautiful and serene! The condo was very clean, comfortable for our entire family, and the jetted tub in the shared bathroom was absolutely spectacular for washing off a 12 hr drive!Honestly the hiccups in the beginning are things we could completely just dismiss and not care too much about, but we definitely were not expecting being on the bottom floor to be such an issue. These condos have quiet hours that you must abide by or you can be vacated, but I guess the guests upstairs did not get that memo. They were insanely loud all hours of the night for the almost 2 weeks we stayed here (11 nights). It genuinely sounded like they were doing it intentionally, and we just dealt with it because we didn’t know they were also renters until the last night because they finally left! We were afraid if we complained we’d be the renters complaining about actual residents. For a place as nice as this, and the price point for the area, I guess we were just expecting more of a sound barrier.We do still recommend though.
