Perfectly situated for your next retreat with family or friends, this vacation rental boasts an optionally-heated private pool and pool spa as well as access to magnificent clubhouse amenities like sand volleyball courts, a lazy river, tennis courts, and a fitness center. When you aren't off enjoying these many amenities or splashing in your own pool's refreshing waters, head over to the world's greatest theme parks in Orlando. Nearby Davenport is also home to a great mix of golf courses, parks, restaurants, and excellent shopping centers!

Step into this elegantly appointed home and discover a well-equipped, open-concept kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances to help make meal prep a snap for the visiting chefs in your party. Meet up for formal meals at the adjacent table or step outside onto your shaded patio for the perfect, poolside, alfresco experience.

Back indoors, take your pick from multiple living areas all with comfortable seating for socializing, entertaining, or relaxing. The main living area and the 'out of this world' upstairs media room both include TVs ready to stream your favorite channels using your own accounts. When you're craving a little friendly competition, head out to the garage game room where you'll find foosball and a pool table, while the upstairs living space includes a shuffleboard table.

Each as comfortable as the last, the six luxurious bedrooms come adorned with soft linens and tasteful decor to guarantee a perfect night's rest.

A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning round out the many amenities offered at this wonderful retreat.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighborr policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pool and spas do not come heated. We also only offer pool heat during the months of may-sept for $32 / day. Please let us know 3 days in advance for pool heat

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
