The home was very clean and you could tell that bedding, towels and mattresses were of top quality! New flooring upstairs was a major bonus. The home is located within walking distance of the Oasis Club and we enjoyed the close proximity. The host was very responsive to any concerns and left a nice Welcome basket!

This place is great. Super spacious and nice. Everything was easy and well kept. Plus the access to the Oasis Club made it very fun for all!

Great Stay

I'm the coach of a college golf team. This was the idea place for us to stay. The room was clean, spacious, and ideally located.

It was "ok" and served its purpose as far as a place to stay--it was pretty "bare bones." The pool is small, but we had it warmed, and that was really nice. However, there were no chaise lounge chairs to lay out next to the pool for sun bathing/reading. We offered to purchase some and leave for future guests, but were told not to and not to leave anything or we may be charged a "clean-up" fee (we flew to Florida and didn't want to purchase chairs to throw away). The upstairs bathroom sinks were extremely slow draining so they were always covered in soap scum/shaving cream--we were told someone would come by to look at them, but never did while we were there. And, in one of the upstairs main "adult" bedrooms, the existing overhead light/ceiling fan didn't work, so there was very little light in the room (they had a small "nightlight" style table lamp only)--we again told them about this early, but it wasn't addressed. So, overall, it serviced our need for a place to stay, but if we went back to this area, we wouldn't choose this place again.

Worst experience ever

Dont ever book with this homeowner this lady canceled on us when we got to the gate from a long trip on airplane and had to sleep in a rented car with 4 kids because there were no booking available for that same date worst experience ever and on top of that she didn't answer the phone to give us an explanation as of why she canceled and or to return our $$ i rated 1 start in order to send this review but in reality is triple 000 stars for her and vrbo when i called them to see if they could help us to get another place to spend the night at least. they said they couldn't help us poor customer service... i guess that's how they work here in florida worst experience ever

Hi I understand your complaint but as explained you didn't follow the house rules amd thus left with no choice but to cancel the reservation. However, We did give you 100% refund right away.
