Just Beachy is a well-maintained unit with ocean views, sound views, and tennis court views. This ideal family vacation spot features games, books and private WiFi should you need to do a little work while away. Endless community amenities will keep the family entertained from sun up to sun down!
Barrier Island Station offers fantastic community amenities for your family's enjoyment. The community complex includes handicapped beach access, an outdoor pool and kiddie pool with poolside bathrooms and outdoor showers, a snack bar, a new rec center with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise area, a playground, tennis courts‚ a pickleball court, a volleyball court, 1/2 basketball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, tetherball, a grilling area, 2 electric car charging stations, and coordinated children's activities in-season. Relax inside one of the beach gazebos and listen to the sounds of the sea, or head to the waves for fun in the sun!
The community outdoor pool is available from May 1st to the end of October. The community pool is not heated.
For your convenience, sheets, towels, and bedmaking are provided.
There is no elevator available at this unit or building.
Just Beachy is not pet-friendly.
Parking at this complex consists of one designated spot, all others are first come first served.
Parking at this complex consists of one designated spot, all others are first come first served. For the electric car charging stations, the price is $1.50/hour. Please be courteous and move your vehicle after charging. If your car is not electric, be sure to not park in these spaces to avoid being towed.

Ground Level: Entrance, queen bedroom with a TV, pyramid bunk bedroom with a TV, full hall bath with a tub/shower combo.
Mid Level: Living area with a TV and a sliding door to the covered deck, a door to a private deck with sound views, electric fireplace, dining area for 8, kitchen with island and 4 bar stools, half hall bath.
Top Level: King en suite with a TV and a private deck with views, full bath with a shower/tub combo.
Loft: Queen bedroom, half bath, private deck access with ocean views.
