Super Cozy 3-Bedroom Townhome in Flagstaff

Cozy, fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, townhouse with updated interior and all new floor coverings, located on the east side of town - 3 miles from Mt Elden Lookout trailhead, about 3.5 miles from downtown Flagstaff, and about 9.5 miles from the road to AZ Snowbowl (Basecamp at Snowbowl).

The space:

The downstairs is all hard flooring - engineered wood and tile - with area rugs placed throughout. The living room is designed for comfort and relaxation, with a gas fireplace, new furniture and a 46 inch TV with a Roku streaming device. Furnishings include a full-sized sofa, love seat, and a swivel chair with an ottoman. A sliding door opens to the patio in the enclosed back yard. There is a gas grill and outdoor furniture for dining or just relaxing. There are 2 birdfeeders – one on each side of the yard – which attract a variety of songbirds creating a nice, tranquil environment.

The kitchen is fully equipped – whether cooking for the family or simply needing to heat up restaurant take-out (see amenities). Full-size washer and dryer set is off of the kitchen.

All of the bedrooms are fully furnished – one downstairs and two upstairs. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed, black-out curtains, a desk and chair, and a TV with built-in DVD and a Roku streaming device. The upstairs, front bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV with a Roku streaming device. The back bedroom has a full-size bed, black-out curtains, and a TV with a DVD player. (There is a good assortment of DVDs in the house - appealing to different tastes and age groups.) Both of the upstairs bedrooms are carpeted.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, garage and yard. There is free parking in the driveway and garage.
Other things to note
Weather/Air conditioning - The house has central heating and air-conditioning. However we have found that AC is typically not necessary in Flagstaff. In the middle of summer temperatures occasionally reach the high 80s (at the peak of the day) for a few days here and there, but the heat is more than balanced by the cool evenings with temps in the 60s. Open the windows for the amazing mountain breeze to flow into the house.

** Guests will be asked to roll the trash and recycle receptacles to the street if they are staying in the house the night before the scheduled pick-up.
