We are so happy to hear that you had an awesome stay! We hope you come back and visit again one day soon!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and positive review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that your family of 10 had such a wonderful stay and that everyone enjoyed the game room, kitchen space, showers, and private pool. We completely understand wanting to avoid the Disney traffic! I want to sincerely apologize that the pool and spa heat was turned off a day earlier than you had paid for. That was an oversight, and I will be addressing this with our local team to ensure it doesn't happen again. We also appreciate you giving us and future guests a heads-up about the police presence near the off-site check-in office. While local traffic enforcement is unfortunately entirely out of our control, we understand how frustrating and stressful it can be to encounter that right as your vacation is starting. We will certainly advise our future guests to be extra cautious and mindful of traffic rules in that specific area. Thank you again for being wonderful guests and for choosing our home for your vacation. We would be absolutely delighted to host you and your family again anytime!

We are glad to hear that you had a good stay. Our pools are most certainly cleaned and treated weekly.

Glad you enjoyed your stay, and we were able to fix the air conditioner issue quickly! We will definitely check on the video game systems. So glad it was an amazing stay, we hope to welcome you back again one day soon!

We are so glad that you loved your stay and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon!

We love our resort and the proximity to Disney World! We are glad that you enjoyed the home and would have definitely gone back to rectify any of the cleaning issues if you would have let us know. We will reach out to our cleaners and make sure that this is addressed.

We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. We are sorry that there was a little bit of a wait at the gate guard shack. We hope to have you visit again one day soon!

Thank you for your stay. We are happy that you enjoyed the home and we appreciate the feedback. We hope to have you back again soon.

We work hard to make sure our guests have the best possible vacation in our property, and did our absolute best to try to remedy every unfortunate situation that occured during your stay. We're so pleased in the end, that you stayed in the house you wanted, and we were able to fix everything as quickly as we did.

We are sorry for the noise you encountered on the first day of your trip. We do manage this particular home as well as others in the same resort, but do not manage them all to be able to schedule/stop necessary repairs some homeowners may have to do. This is thankfully an extremely rare occasion we do not expect to be happening anytime soon.

We're sorry to hear your arrival was not as smooth as we would hope. Some GPS' will direct you to the side exit rather than the main guarded entrance where all guests check in, but we also do have our after-hour emergency number available to assist. We do ask not to lock the pool enclosure gate as this interferes with the pool tech being able to access and service the pool. However, thankfully there have never been any issues with unwanted or unexpected visitors as all homes within the resort also have their own private pool.

Thank you for your say! We love our location as well! We apologize for the inconvenience with the dryer and have addressed this with our team. We'd love to have you back someday!

Thank you for your stay! It's a great home. We are so sorry to hear you experienced inconveniences with the AC, wifi, dryer, and blinds. I do wish we could've had the opportunity to rectify it during your stay so you and your family could enjoy it without suffering the way you did. We would've happily gone out to rectify these issues for you if we had known. Thank you again for your stay and we hope to host you again someday!

Thank you for your review, Patricia. We have taken your details to the staff and will tend to these issues. We take great pride in our homes and will make sure all is tended to. We look forward to having you back soon!
