Remodel complete. Sunriver cedar chalet with new hot tub and deck. Consistently high VRBO guest ratings since 2013.

Remodel included: New Hot Tub 2023, Deck 2022, New Exterior Paint 2023, New Queen Mattresses 2022, New Upstairs Bathroom 2021, New Carpet 2019 & 2022, New Washer and Dryer (2022)

Great privacy = Large 0.27 acre property backs to common space with many large pine trees.

2 Bedrooms - sleeps 6
- 2 bedrooms (HOWEVER MULTIPLE SLEEPING AREAS as 1 bedroom can be divided into 2 rooms plus a double futon on the landing)
- Bedroom #1: queen (w/cable and Smart TV)
- Bedroom #2: queen + twin (bedroom has pullout divider that can provide privacy for two sides of room)
- Upstairs landing: double futon

2 Bathrooms
- Upstairs -newly remodeled bathroom with shower/tub combo
- Main floor - with shower

Basement: New washer & dryer, new carpet, great for storage

Dog: One small dog (under 50lbs) is permitted. Dog Fee is $225 per visit.

Great stay! Loved the location

Cozy Getaway

The property was cozy and the perfect size for our family of 4. We enjoyed the fireplace and the cozy kitchen where we played lots of board games. It was the perfect location!

Feels like a cabin!

Feels like a cabin! Quaint, quirky and mostly comfortable. Great rock wall separating the kitchen and living room with two fireplaces. Our visit was in August, but I wish it were December so we could have used a fire. Even without A/C, the place stayed cool during the 90-degree days. The beds left something to desire, would like to see those upgraded to more comfortable mattresses before I visit again.

Cozy Cabin on Pine Needle

The house had everything we needed. Loved the neighborhood! Very quiet, close to the trails and an easy walk to the Village. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Sunriver Cabin

Well appointed, comfortable, spacious; enjoyed our stay here very much. For 4 to 6 people and one small to medium dog this may be the best value in SunRiver. Upstairs can be a tad chilly in the dead of winter but no problem for us.

Great family time at your cabin

Had a wonderful time listening to the birds watching the deer and the squirrels. My grandchildren just enjoyed it thoroughly playing out in the woods. Very peaceful and calm surroundings. Nice to sit outside watch the sun set behind the wonderful pine trees thank you so much for the treat of going to the water park as well everyone really enjoyed it perfect way to end the vacation

Fun with the family

Everything was as noted in the listing. Beds and pillows were a bit firm for me but overall, it was a comfortable space for our family of four.

Quaint and perfect location

We had such a wonderful holiday in the cabin. The fireplaces were so perfect, and the kitchen was great for cooking. Would definitely try to stay here again, if it's available.

Great cabin! Fully stocked kitchen, huge deck and very cozy!

Stayed for 5 nights, this cabin had everything we could need for a very relaxing stay. We really loved the location as it was private but still very close to the main walking and biking path. Will have to come back!

Very comfortable

The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We loved the location away from the village congestion and close to the beautiful river loop path for walking and cycling. The only thing I would add to the house is screens on more windows, it was hard to get fresh air in without also admitting some flying insects. Overall great stay, would definitely rent again.

Cozy little cabin, perfect for our family

We stayed at this cozy chalet cabin over President's Day weekend with our grade school-aged children. The cabin is very family-friendly with the two bedrooms, woodstove, fireplace, and plenty of games and videos for entertainment. The furniture and decor are a little dated and the TVs are older and small, but we didn't mind. I really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen which included many of the items often missing in other vacation rentals. The location was great and I could walk to the lodge or the village in less than 30 minutes in the snow. Sunriver was a perfect home base for skiing at Mt. Bachelor and our kids loved playing in the wooded area behind the house. Bob was a friendly and communicative host, and working with the rental company for check in/out was a breeze. I definitely recommend!

Great home, comfortable and convenient

Stayed here over thanksgiving weekend, kitchen had everything we needed to cook the holiday dinner. The home was comfortable and we had all the room we needed.

So relaxing, and comfortable.

My fiance and I stayed here for the 2017 Eclipse. The cabin exceeded our expectations. We only went out to eat 1 time during our entire vacation because the cabin had an amazing kitchen with a great outdoor space for grilling. Since it was August, I was a little nervous about not having air conditioning, but surprisingly the cool nights keep the cabin feeling great all day. This was the first vacation rental I have ever stayed in that was fully stocked with toilet paper, paper toils, dish soap, washing detergent, and seasonings for cooking. We will definitely come stay again.

Really nice cabin

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was clean, comfortable, and had a lot of character. The kitchen was nicely updated and very functional. The cabin stayed relatively cool during the day and cooled down nicely during the nights. The dining area was comfortable for six people and the deck was nice. The SHARC passes were a great bonus! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing with us!

Great cabin!

I rarely write reviews but I am happy to for this great cabin! We stayed in Sunriver for a week and loved this place! It was private and CLEAN!! There is enough space for a family of 5 with a great back deck to have dinner and coffee in the am. The SHARC passes were also a hit with our kids and it is a short bike ride into the village. Great location! Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin!

Lovely, cosy chalet with a great Sunriver location

We can't wait to return to this warm, inviting home. Everything we needed was there, even the coveted SHARC passes. Bob, the owner, was extremely easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our vacation enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised the property was even more than we expected. The pictures are representative of the property, but the home is so much more than the pictures show! Filled with games, WiFi, a large kitchen, plenty of room both upstairs and downstairs, we were all able to find a place to "chill" at the end of the day. In addition, its location within Sunriver is ideal. Both quiet and a quick walk or bike ride to the Sunriver Village, the home is exactly what we wanted.

I grew up in Bend and this house has been our family retreat for over 20 years.

Our cedar chalet has strong Oregon connections and ties to a famous Oregon family (ask us). The cabin feels like home with cedar wood beams, wood stove, vaulted bedroom ceilings and a large sunny deck with hot tub. Located in the southern end of Sunriver, 2 blocks from the Deschutes River and Harper's Bridge boat launch. Private setting on 1/4 acre lot with privacy. Bike path is less than 100 yards away and leads to the Sunriver Lodge and Sunriver Mall (grocery store, restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, etc).
