We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect and was setup for a great family vacation. The house came with bikes, toys and games for kids, as well as all the kitchen items and supplies needed for the whole family. Brett was a terrific host and reached out several times to check-in and make sure our stay was as great as it could be. We had a wonderful time and will be back again!

Highly recommend! The location is great you can hop right out the door to the bike paths. The village is just over a mile away and the other direction leads to the path along the river. The house is nicely updated, everything was very clean and well organized. Really nice hot tub that is well maintained. We enjoyed using the BBQ and watching movies in the bonus room. The provided bikes were in great shape and the variety of options meant their was a bike for everyone from kids to adults, plus a few trips on the tandem bike. The host is very responsive if you need to reach out for any reason.

Great property within Sunriver

Owner was very communicative and helpful. Bikes were in terrific condition and the whole family enjoyed being able to ride around. House is exactly as photographed and situated nicely between the mall and the marina trails.

Amazing house for families

Brett was amazing so accommodating. The house was perfect for a large family and having bikes to hit the trails right behind the house was awesome! All the amenities were great condition and so convenient for us all. Thank you for a great vacation!

Dream Sunriver location

We loved our stay here. This rental had so many thoughtful touches like shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, extra drink fridge in the garage, all of the bikes of all sizes, games, DVDs, couch blankets, hot tub, comfy beds, tons of towels and bedding. The back patio was such a serene place to hang out. We enjoyed an incredible week here.

Great week in Sunriver!

We had a great time in Sunriver. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us. I really liked the proximity to trails, the available bikes, hot tub, and SHARC passes. The space was fun for us to relax, play games and have fun. The game room near the patio was great as well. Brett was quick to respond with any questions and we would defintely stay again.

Excellent accommodations & host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brett’s Sunriver home. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We wish the air quality would have been better during our visit, but that is what it is. We had a great family time and hope to be back someday. It was our first time staying in Sunriver and now we know why people love to go there! Thanks Brett for sharing your beautiful place!

Well set up sunriver spot with bikes.

We had a great time. Brett was super easy to communicate with and took care of any needs. The home is well stocked, newly renovated and very clean. The fleet of well maintained bikes was a real bonus we took advantage of. I would stay here again. Thanks Hawkins!

Great location and home!

This house was so well stocked! Everything you could need was included. The layout was great, and the patio space was perfect. We loved the location. It was an easy 5-minute bike ride to the village, but in a quiet area, with easy access to the river. The homeowner was really welcoming and great with communication about check in and any needs throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Great location, great amenities

Located in the South end of Sunriver, nice and quiet but close to the lodge, river, and the village. The house was as advertised, well stocked, and the bonus room was perfect for the kids to hang out in. We had several deer visit us each day which also included fawns. Great selection of games and enough bikes for the whole family. The beds were very comfortable. Brett was so responsive and helpful. We will be back for sure!

We spent 6 nights at this home in Sunriver and we’re already excited to go back. It’s such a great home for people with kids. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The room connected to the detached garage is beautiful and has a large cozy couch for watching movies. There were SO many DVDs and games for the kids to choose from. The hot tub was beautiful, clean and had a privacy wall. The neighborhood was quiet and you have easy access to the bike path behind the house. We rode everywhere on the bikes provided (SHARC, pickleball, restaurants, river, stables, airport). The location is also convenient because it’s on the south side of Sunriver. If you’re staying on the north side, your bike rides will be longer and involve a bit of an uphill on your way back.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time in Sunriver! The house was perfect. The bikes, hot tub, and sharc passes are a great way to spend time in Sunriver. We did a lot of hiking and running/walking in Bend as well. There are lots of great trails in Bend and Sunriver. There is easy access to Bend, Cascade Lakes highway, and Crater Lake. Fishing in Sunriver and the Cascades was fruitful. We enjoyed a variety of restaurants in Bend. One of our favorite hikes was Smith Rock State Park. Brett was super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fully Recharged!

Our family enjoyed every amenity that came with the "Sunriver" home, and our host Brett was awesome! We truly enjoyed the daily bike rides and then the ability to relax our tired muscles in the hot tub. Also, the game room was a hit with the children and provided some additional quiet time for the adults. Lastly, the abundance of wildlife around the property was a nice treat for city dwellers. Our family highly recommends the "Sunriver" home and look forward to vacationing there again! Thanks, Steve and Family California

Great House

Loved the remodel of this property. This house had many amenities not included in many Sunriver houses including movies, games, etc. They also provide laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner and ample toilet paper. I have rented from many rental companies in Sunriver and these things aren’t always included. They have definitely gone the extra mile making sure that their property is comfortable. We enjoyed our family reunion and would highly recommend this property.

Great for families with kids

Excellent house in a great location. We were a group of two families with 6 kids (ages 7-15), and the house was perfect. It slept the10 of us very comfortably. The younger kids loved the loft beds, and the TV/game room was a huge hit. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, including bar tools and craft ice molds. There was a foosball table and tons of board games to keep the kids occupied. It was very relaxing to rest in the hot tub after a day of hiking. Brett was an excellent host, and promptly replied to any questions that I had. There was a problem with the hot tub, and Brett had someone out within 30 minutes to fix it...on a Sunday!!! We would definitely stay here again.

Our family has loved to vacation in Sunriver over the years and we decided to purchase a home and make it a vacation home for others to enjoy. We have rented many homes over the years in Sunriver and taken that knowledge and integrated it into our home to what we feel is a vacation home that anyone will feel very comfortable in and enjoy while visiting Sunriver. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!

We Just purchased this home in the fall of 2020. We have just completed a full update and remodel (Spring 2021) of the home. Kitchen is brand new top to bottom, new living room/eating room flooring, updated bathrooms, brand new beds/bedding in all bedrooms

Home is located on the quieter south side of Sunriver. Our home is located on a quiet loop where kids can ride bikes and enjoy the relaxation of being on vacation. We are a short walk/bike ride to the village.
