THE SPACE
The NashVybe Penthouse at HYVE is designed for guests who want an elevated home base with plenty of room to spread out. The main level centers around an airy living area with comfy seating and a smart TV, flowing into a modern kitchen and dining area where you can handle coffee runs, easy breakfasts, and snacks before a night out. Just off the common space, you will find a serene king bedroom plus a large second bedroom with two queen beds, giving couples, friends, or family members their own rooms while staying close to the action.

Upstairs, an open loft adds another generous sleeping area with two queens set side by side, creating a bonus suite. The multi-level layout works especially well for groups, there is space to hang together and space to peel off for quiet time between outings to The Gulch, Midtown, and Broadway.

★Smoke-Free Home & Community★
In accordance with building rules, smoking is not permitted inside the unit, any common areas, including hallways, courtyards, pool areas, parking garages, or condo balconies. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to fines or removal per HOA regulations.

★Supplies & Essentials★
We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. If you run out during your stay or require more than what is provided, you are welcome to purchase additional items as needed.

★Families & Baby Gear★
Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play, hook-on/high chair, and baby gate (in homes with stairs) are available upon request, subject to availability. Please message your host in advance if you would like a baby package prepared for your stay.

★Maintenance & Repairs★
Each property is thoroughly inspected before arrival to ensure systems and appliances are functioning properly. If you experience any maintenance issue during your stay, please contact your host as soon as possible. ★Trash, Recycling & Cardboard★
A trash chute is located to the left of the elevators on every level; all trash must be bagged and securely tied before using the chute. Cardboard boxes and larger items should not go down the chute, please break them down and dispose of them in the designated dumpsters in the lower-level garage bins.

★Trains, Noise & Soundproofing★
Freight trains run directly behind Hyve along the rear side of the building and may be heard during your stay. Units are soundproofed with triple-glazed windows to help reduce outside noise; however, some sound is expected in this urban environment. For added comfort, we provide sound machines and/or earplugs in the unit.

★Urban Location & Nearby Mission★
Hyve is in an active urban corridor between Downtown and The Gulch, on the same block as a local Christian rescue mission that serves homeless neighbors in need. You can expect typical city activity, including foot traffic from people accessing nearby services. The building itself is secure-access, but this is a lively, mixed-use area rather than a quiet suburban setting.

★Building Security & Access ★
Hyve is a secure-access building with controlled entry points and onsite overnight security. Common areas and hallways are monitored by security cameras, and guests access the property via digital access codes.

Close to everything, pool was a surprising plus

The condo was clean and had all the amenities we required, including a full kitchen for cooking a few meals. It easily accommodated three couples and we loved the fact that we each had our own private bathroom as well as indoor and outdoor space to hang out together. The pool was a surprising plus that we didn’t think we’d use, but we spent every morning in the pool before venturing into town! The train runs right beside the building and beside the pool and it’s quite frequent and loud, but if you’re inside with the door shut, it was less obvious and we got used to it by the end of our stay. Although the bedroom in the loft was private and had its own bathroom, it didn’t have full privacy, such as doors or windows, but the curtains definitely helped to close off the space. The place was perfect for our needs, the host was very attentive, and we’d definitely stay there again!
