Beautiful 2 bed 2 bath one block from Mission Bay!

This spacious remodeled 2 bed 2 bath apartment has a private entrance and two full baths. We're located in a small multi-unit property with 4 apartments in the building. This apartment is on the top floor with only 1 small shared wall.
The full address is: 3880 Shasta St #C3 San Diego, CA 92109
The parking space #3. We are located off Shasta St in Crown Point / Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.

If you need anything before, after, or during your stay, please feel free to call, text, or message me through Airbnb.

Couple reminders:

** Only guest(s) in the listing are allowed, no outside guest(s) or visitors are allowed at anytime without prior approval.

** This isn't a party house.

** No smoking is permitted, including Marijuana. We may garnish 2X your cleaning fee if the smell of smoke is present.

Please keep a reasonable volume so as to not disturb our neighbors, and do not invite other guests or have parties. We would appreciate it if you wash any dishes you use during your stay. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrive

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and quick with communications. He was also very accommodating to a couple special requests. The apartment was nice and had all the necessities. Would definitely stay again.

It was a great place to stay! Short distance to anywhere you want to go; Pacific beach boardwalk and bars, sea world, and there was a fun bar/lounge walking distance from the apartment. Would definitely stay there again!

Worked well for our short stay in San Diego. Pros: Communication with host was excellent, easy check-in, parking available, comfortable bed, short walk to Mission Bay. Cons: The downstairs neighbors seem to smoke pot 24/7. Obviously this is not within the host's control. But if you are sensitive to the smell, be warned. There are ceiling fans in every room, as well as unit air conditioners. However, we found it was too cold when everything was going, so we turned them off and while the smell wasn't horrible, it was definitely noticeable at times.

Nice area

Liked the location and availability of parking space. Rooms were nice. Saturday night party next door until 1:00 AM was not appreciated but other nights it was a quiet area. Very limited kitchen supplies; bring your own tea towels and hot pads if you are cooking in the kitchen. Responsive host.

Staying for San Diego Comic Con

Place was quiet and very comfortable! It is also walking distance to the beach! I loved how cool the house was despite the humidity outside. It was also in a very safe neighborhood. A safe place to bring your family for a quick getaway.

Great location!

I had a great trip to meet up with family and this apartment was icing on the cake! Great location, plenty of places to enjoy whether by care or on foot. The place was comfortable and as described. It was very neat and clean, even when we weren't out and about, we felt comfortable relaxing in the living room for some downtime. Thanks very much for hosting us!

Crown Point Condo

A great location. A short walk to the Crown Point Park. Mission Beach and Pacific Beach are also within walking distance. The condo includes a parking spot which was important to me. There are good places to eat nearby. Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, and downtown San Diego (Seaport village) are a short drive away.

Not good. We are dealing with the aftermath from bed bugs from this place. It’s pretty awful and I do not recommend. Obviously our biggest concern was the sleeping situation. We had 6 people. Upon arrival we found the 3rd bed was an air mattress with no bedding. The host dropped off items the next morning. However, we’re unfamiliar with the telltale signs of bed bugs. There were tiny blood spots on the sheets, we thought my son was getting attacked by mosquitoes, but when we were cleaning up to leave my husband saw the bugs on the sheets. Gah! It wasn’t until I got home that I realized the extent. We are covered head to toe in bites and they just keep appearing. Host said they’d “look into it” but never heard anything back. Fair warning.

Great Location

Enjoyed the location most of all, quick trips to Mission beach/Belmont park & right near Sea World. Overall, it was ok for the price but I would suggest some improvements for a more comfortable stay. It was difficult to get to sleep with the amount of light in the rooms and difficulty with regulating temperature.The window units are too loud to run at night and even when off one was making a ticking sound every 3 seconds. The ceiling fans work well though. Some blackout curtains or blinds would be super helpful and a lightweight blanket as an option for hot sleepers. The TP and soaps were also low quality. Overall, our family did appreciate the price, the washer & dryer, space, kitchen, and the convenient location.

Garbage Fire

Avoid this listing. First off it doesn’t accommodate 6 so that’s false advertising. Brandon got defensive and threatened to cancel our trip on July 4th because I told him an air mattress doesn’t count as a bed per VRBO. Super loud, no insulation & gets really hot and the blinds don’t close. The portable AC are also way to loud. Overall a trashy PB apartment. For a place close to the bay you’d think beach towels or chairs would be provided. A washing machine and no detergent, no pool key provided and the internet kept crashing, no oven mitt to pull pans out of oven, & single ply toilet paper. I come to SD every year and this was by far the worst place with an arrogant cheap host. It’s seems a little scammy and I do t buy any of the past reviews as credible

Nice, basic apartment, consistent with listing, in quiet safe neighborhood and walking distance to bay. Clean rooms with ample linens. Comfortable beds. Large living room and well stocked kitchen. Parking on-site for 2 vehicles.This is a 2nd floor apartment that requires walking up a flight of stairs.Slatted shades on bedroom windows but rooms get bright early for those sensitive to light. Standing A/C units in each room that work well but are loud when running.
