This beautifully decorated home has everything you need for a fantastic visit to Sunriver. As you enter this home, you'll be in the expansive two story great room and dining room flooded with light. A cozy fireplace anchors the room with plenty of space for entertaining and spending time with friends and family. Enjoy cable TV in the living room while you chill in front of the fire. The dining room opens to the deck for al fresco dining, grilling and star gazing. With high end appliances and a fully equipped kitchen you can prepare dinner for your family or entertain your friends.

On the main level are two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king bed and a pull-out sofa. Bedroom two has a queen bed. There is a guest bathroom on this level with a tub/shower combo.

Head upstairs to find three additional bedrooms. Bedroom one is a king bedroom with attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 features a king bed, 2 queens and a full pull out sofa bed. All bedrooms have Smart TVs.

The heated garage has been set up as a game room that includes Air Hockey, Foosball, Ping Pong, Giant Jenga, Large Connect 4 and Tic Tac Toe, there's no shortage of fun here! Head outside to shoot some hoops, take a ride on one of the provided bikes, enjoy a soak in the private hot tub or take a short walk to the Deschutes River.

The back deck features a patio heater, outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ, when dining al fresco is what you are after.
