This gem is located just 4 miles to Buck Hill landing for easy public boat ramp/lake access and a short 15 minute drive into Lugoff for grocery stores and restaurants. Entertain family and friends on the deck, by the firepit or by relaxing and enjoying a meal in the screened in porch. This property is dog friendly, has full size laundry onside and a private dock! Property located 7 mins to restaurant Water-We Eatn' and 4 mins to Saints & Sinners Bar & Grill.

Wonderful location. Breeze off lake and wide deck were really enjoyable. Comfortable beds. We rented a pontoon boat and dock on lake was helpful. Would come again!

Sunrisepoint was ON POINT!

Please keep this between us.....sshhh.. don't want it to be too booked up when WE want to return ourselves. And we will be back ! Everything was as pictured and even nicer than expected. Peaceful and relaxing - perfect location. Will bring our boat next time. Plenty of room to stretch out.

Last minute weekend at the Lake

This place is absolutely amazing! The deck and screened in porch is where we spent most of our time. Boat dock was amazing and we were able to have two boats there comfortably. House was clean and had everything we could need and beds were very comfortable. Also any questions we had were answered very quickly from the host. Will be back this summer!!

Lovely Lake View

This older home is a combination experience. The bedrooms and bathrooms have been refurbished and are very nice. Comfortable beds and nice linens. The living spaces are "grandparent's lake house". We loved drinking our morning coffee watching the sun rise over the lake. It was too cool to use the screened porch but it is a great space. Very clean. Kitchen has good selection of dishes and utensils.

Great Little Get Away

We brought my teenage son here for the week for his birthday to fish. Access from the house to the boat landing is perfect. The house is close to the water/dock and the views and porches are amazing. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms and the backroom with the extra bed is really nice. Host provided everything we would need and the check in/check out process was really simple.

Beautiful views

We’re snowbirds heading north. We decided to stop for couple days to break up trip. WOW is all we could say when we arrived. The location on a private point overlooking the lake is really beautiful. The Place was much larger than we expected. Kitchen was very well equipped. We used the kayaks and had a great day on the lake. Mgr was very helpful bringing gas for grill and extra kayak paddle within a hour. We will be making this our spring stop again!!!
