These are the newest stilt homes with solid 2x6 walls. Large decks for relaxing and dining and some water views. Large covered patio downstairs with plenty of new seating and a giant storage room. Inside the home are all new appliances including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and full size washer and dryer. With its 9 ft ceilings this home feels large and spacious.

Perfect property for large groups. There are 2 homes available right next to each other. Rent 1 or both. Each house sleeps 6 guests maximum.
Short drive to all that the lower and middle keys have to offer. From festivals at Key West to Turtle Hospital tours at Marathon, Best back country ( Gulf Side) fishing in all the Keys, just minutes away.
Boat trailer parking available in special lot nearby.

Venture Out charges a one-time entrance fee per unit/ reservation of $125 which covers the duration of your stay, payable directly to Venture Out on arrival. This fee covers all 6 guests staying in each home. This is completely separate to your payment made to VRBO. Please be aware that there is a credit card fee at the gate.

PARKING:
There is room to park one vehicle in the driveway at the property. One additional vehicle may be parked on site for an additional $5 per night. Boat/ trailer storage is available on site for an additional $10 per night, both payable to Venture Out Resort on arrival. Renters and owners coming into the park will be restricted to one (1) additional overflow parking spot. This means you have your one transportation vehicle on your lot, and / or one (1) additional paid overflow parking spot, if available. You may use the additional overflow parking spot for either one (1) boat trailer or one (1) additional vehicle, but you will not be able to park both. The additional paid overflow parking is NOT GUARANTEED. Venture Out will not be responsible to try and accommodate or locate any accommodations for any extra boats, trailers, or additional vehicles if there is no parking available.
No pets allowed for this property.

Host is not liable as some park amenities may not always be available due to repairs, maintenance, closures or utility outages.
