Luxury 2-story town home with flat screen tv's in each bedroom & front porch entry.
This floor plan offers privacy with bedroom/bathroom combinations on separate floors, large flat-screen TV's in each bedroom and in the living room. Private covered front porch entry and additional back entrance.
Newly renovated, bright open floor plan w/ luxurious finishes! Equipped with washing/drying machine, dishwasher, cookware, dining ware, kitchen utensils and Keurig all for your usage. Nice large kitchen w/ island, new stainless appliances, exquisite quartz countertops, island with bar stools, dining room table, and nice living area with all new & chic furniture.
Both bedrooms have king beds and there is a king sleeper sofa in the living room. Apartment sleeps 6. Street Parking only.

Walking distance to coffee shops, great bars, restaurants, the acclaimed Mary Mac’s Tea Room, Piedmont park, The Atlanta Beltline, Ponce City Market, Historic Old Fourth Ward Park.

Everything was great. We had all the appliances, cookware, etc. to make it home for the weekend. The stove & oven were easy to use (we have had some problems in the past. I love the set up. It feels like you thought of everything.

Our stay was well and of course in the center of the city. Everything you may have required was available and accessible . The location was Very close to eating spots. Overall everything was more than well.

Great stay!

We had a lovely time here in Atlanta! The location was close to everything yet on a quiet street. Our host was quick to respond and even accommodated us when we arrived earlier than expected. The house is well stocked. We would stay here again!

Just as advertised!

Very glad I booked, parking on the street was safe, just limited for the weekends. The house is VERY Clean and beautiful. I would definitely book again. Host is also very friendly and responsive.

Just perfect!

My girlfriend and I spent a wonderful long weekend at Emily’s place, and it hit all the right buttons, start to finish. Spotless, totally comfortable, convenient to great restaurants and walking areas. On-street parking was easy, and communication with Emily was quick as well. Highly recommended.

Really nice, clean house

Emily’s place was very nice and clean. We loved that both rooms had king beds and their own bathrooms. The neighborhood was nice, and it was close to the botanical gardens and Piedmont Park. The apartment is part of a triplex with one unit next door and one on the back side. At night, it was noisy, even after 11:00. It sounded like people were running around upstairs. I had a hard time falling asleep the first night because it sounded like someone was about to come into our apartment. I took a Unisom the next two nights and was fine. My husband is a light sleeper and had a hard time blocking out the noise on our last night. He said he wouldn’t stay here again for that reason. I don’t know what the neighbors were doing so late at night. Checkin was easy, and communication from the host was great. I appreciated the Brita pitcher full of water, and there were plenty of K cups for coffee. Street parking was never an issue. We could always find a spot close by.

Family trip to Atlanta

Great place to stay. Enjoyed breakfast in the kitchen each morning. Close to good restaurants and downtown attractions. Host was helpful in recommending restaurants. Check-in and check-out was easy.

Great Location

The house was very comfortable in a cute neighborhood. You can walk the beautiful neighborhood or walk to restaurants and grocery stores. It’s very close to Piedmont Park and the Beltway for walking. The space was very clean and well appointed. Met our neighbors and visited for hours on the front porch. Will definitely stay again.

Welcoming

Open floor plan in the kitchen. Each bedroom had a bathroom right outside the door which made things every convenient. Host was Extremely helpful when we had questions. Had answers or solutions to any concerns or questions. They returned calls immediately Surrounding area and neighborhood was quiet. Close to many things to do. If we come back to Atlanta, we wull be staying again.

Location!

Amazing location! We could walk everywhere we wanted to go - tourist destinations, local restaurants, grocery stores, multiple parks. The setup is great, split bedrooms (one up, one down) each with a bathroom. Older home with modern amenities and some older home issues (low water pressure) but amazing and well worth it. Would definitely recommend! Hope to be back someday.

Perfect place to come home to!

We were in Atlanta for work so what a joy to come home each day to this wonderful property. The kitchen is well-stocked and everything is in top condition. The little touches like spices, coffee and a bottle of wine waiting for us made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

Love this location

I have stayed with this host a few times now in different units. They could not be better at meeting your needs promptly. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. Close to many good dining spots as well.

Great Midtown Spot!

This is an amazing little unit in the most convient midtown location - I was shocked at how easy it was to get literally everywhere we needed/wanted to go! Everything was so comfortable! Brandon and Dawn were incredibly helpful, they're absolutely amazing hosts that genuinely care about their guests. We had a great trip and will certainly return the next time we are in Atlanta.

Beautiful house

The stay was amazing the apartment/house was very clean, up to date and modern. It’s a very beautiful house. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped and modern. The location is very close to restaurants and shopping 1.5 mile walk! My son had a car and street parking was easy to find. I would stay here again ~ for sure! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Wonderful neighborhood and fabulous house!

We absolutely loved this rental! The unit we stayed in was thoughtfully appointed with wonderful attention to detail. (There is a Keurig, a toaster oven, a nice big refrigerator, and the 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms are luxurious). The neighborhood was just lovely… we walked several mornings and it was peaceful and relaxing. Dawn and Brandon were great to rent from. Highly recommend!
