Transient accommodations on the Big Island are subject to the Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT), the County TAT Surcharge, and the General Excise Tax (GET) for a combined tax rate of approximately 18.5%. Any tax balances or adjustments not fully covered during your initial online booking must be settled directly with the front desk at checkout.

- Strict No Smoking Policy: No smoking. A deep-cleaning penalty fee of up to $500.00 USD will be assessed for smoking inside rooms, on private lanais, or within public resort spaces. This is a strictly non-smoking property.

Excellent Property Steps From The Pool

We have stayed at the Kingsland 4 separate times and this was by far the nicest unit we’ve stayed at. Cleanliness was immaculate, property manager was extremely responsive, and, best of all, the unit was right next to the pool/waterpark. Can’t wait to stay in this unit again.
