This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you may need or want: a fully equipped kitchen, resort style beds and bedding, and very comfortable furniture in the living area and on the lanai. Relax, enjoy the private wrap-around lanai, or the saltwater blue-tiled olympic sized pool & spas. BBQ downstairs and enjoy the beautiful sunsets with dinner on the lanai dining table. Centrally located on the Kohala Coast. Countless adventures await as you are close to many great beaches, the Kings & Queens Shops, golf, restaurants and so much more. Great location and very well stocked with beach gear and kitchen needs. Enjoyed the serene view from the lanai. Have stayed in most of the complexes in this area and Vista is always my favorite.

My family really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was available. Easy to sleep, very comfortable. The only negative is the furniture was very kid friendly when my 2 year old granddaughter visited. Everything else was wonderful.

Wonderful condo, spacious, clean, well equipped and lovely view. Monica was incredibly responsive and accommodating ro questions, including ones related to a disability, and even purchased an item that made my husband's stay safer and more comfortable. Great experience!!

Fantastic Place and host

The property was amazing - very comfortable and wonderful amenities. The location was great, too - could walk to beaches, historic fish ponds, shops and restaurants. And our host was great - we felt very welcomed, and always quick responses to our questions.

Definitely one of the best VRBOs

We enjoyed this property so much. If you want to be in Waikoloa Beach area, this is affordable, clean, great location, lanai facing the pool and coast (can’t see beach), abundant beach supplies, and accommodating hosts. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

A wonderful stay

The unit was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need for a stay on the Big Island. We particularly liked the two balconies where we sat to relax each evening to watch the sunset. We also loved the pool and the relaxed atmosphere of the resort. The beach and two shopping areas are within easy reach and we would recommend the drive over the Saddle Road to Hilo and the National Volcano Centre which was fascinating. Thank you Monica!

Beautiful!

Excellent vacation! Beautiful views from within the condo and lanai, if you watch you can even spot whales! The condo was stocked with everything you need and more exceeding our expectations! Great location for walking to everything within the Waikoloa Beach Resort area.

Sunset in paradise

We just ended our 10 day stay at Monica's Vista Waikoloa condo at Waikoloa Shores on the Big Island. The condo was as described with a large lanai with ocean and sunset views. Check in was a breeze and the condo was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated it being equipped with all the beach gear we needed. We will definitely consider it again the next time we go the the Big Island. Mahalo

Excellent stay in Waikoloa!

What a beautiful resort and condo! The hosts were super accommodating and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. The unit itself is updated and super clean. Beautiful lanais and a beach closet with all the stuff you'll ever need-Tommy Bahama chairs, masks/snorkels, towels. The resort is centrally located within Waikoloa and super quiet at night. We loved everything about this condo and will definitely be back!

Perfect Home Base

We spent a wonderful Spring Break at this beautiful condo and it was a perfect home base for all things on the Big Island. Very walkable to a variety of places, but also great home base for a day trips to beaches and sight seeing. The lanai was the best - so beautiful! Condo was spacious, comfy and clean. The teen girls used the condo pool a couple days and it was great to sit on lanai reading and hear/see them. Communication with owners was amazing. I had lots of questions before and during and they were very responsive and had great tips and advice. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely escape to The Big Island

This lovely, spacious, property was well described and written up. We had plenty of space as we made our decision to stay in a vrbo as opposed to a hotel. It is a quiet community. Super relaxing pace. Golf courses nearby traveled in a wheelchair and rollator. The apartment suited my needs very well. We enjoyed cooking a few meals in the ample kitchen.The wrap around deck was lovely and overlooked a fabulous pool and hot tubs. Well-situated locale 35 minutes north of Kona. Plentiful restaurant choices and shopping nearby.

Beautiful Place to Enjoy the Big Island!

So much to love about this serene, spacious, light-filled condo! Privately nestled in a lushly landscaped complex but offers beautiful views of the ocean, sky, and pool from two lovely lanais. Generous well-appointed rooms in a prime location for exploring beaches, touring Kona and the north loop, meeting marine life up close and personal, or indulging in the many great shops and eateries nearby. Easy access to the saddle road to take in Mauna Lea and Hilo or scoot down to Volcanoes NP. Monica and Tami are consummate hosts providing detailed information on all the possibilities as well as every imaginable comfort and convenience to make you feel welcomed and pampered. Repeat visit to wonderful location

We spent 7 nights and this was our third stay at Vista Waikoloa but first time at this particular property. Monica was a responsive host and worked to make our stay pleasant, especially when we found the lanai and all windows and doors taped up for painting on our arrival (through no fault of the host). The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable, with a view of the pool and the ocean. Saltwater lap pool is a big draw for this complex, but it seemed to have a little too much chemical this time and was actually too warm. Cleanliness of the lanai (probably due to painting process) could have been better, but overall a nice property that we would recommend!

Fantastic Stay

I absolutely loved staying at Monica’s condo in Waikoloa. The condo came equipped with everything you could possibly require. The condo is well maintained, spacious and the furniture is very comfortable. You’ll enjoy relaxing on the Lanai either reading or having a glass of wine watching incredible sunsets each evening. The condo is located close to some of the best beaches on the island, I would recommend Mauna Kea, Puako or Hāpuna which are all 20 minutes away. There’s also a small black sand beach in Mauna Lani. Monica has supplied everything you’ll need for your day at the beach including beach chair, snorkeling gear and bookie boards. You’re also a short walk to either Kings or Queens markets for shopping and dining. I enjoyed my stay and even though it was for 50 days it seemed to go by too quick. I would recommend the condo to my friends and I would definitely come back. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did.

Fantastic property location

Very clean, spacious and ideally located property! There are 2 large west oriented balconies that offer a great view of the sunset. The pool is 30 seconds away - although convenient it does get a bit noisy at the end of the day. The kids LOOVE to stay past the allocated hours of 9pm. The property in itself has everything you need to do while there - spacious living room, bath towels, body boards, snorkeling masks and kitchen amenities. With the high prices it felt good to be saving some money and cook a quick brunch in the morning before we head out. The owners have coffee maker, pots, pans and everything needed to cook a quick dinner if needed. The beach close by is a small beach but you're not far away from Hapuna Beach which has gorgeous white sand and lovely waves. We loved that fact that it was close to the shopping center so we could do some groceries and eat out. We truly had a wonderful time - my kudos to the owners on a well kept property.
