*Maximum occupancy of this home is 18 guests.
*Complimentary daily beach chair service is offered between March 1st - October 31st
*Designated parking is assigned for five moderately sized vehicles in the driveway
*There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Minimum Age Requirement is 25.
*Guest must agree to sign the Paradise30A rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, or we will cancel the reservation.
*All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so that you are covered.
