Perfect place for a Christmas stay with my mom, brother & son. Very close to the (sunset) beaches, restaurants & shops. Chelsea was fantastic about communicating—both helpful & timely. Gaining access was super easy. Would highly encourage friends and family to stay here; I’ll definitely be back!

We love this clean, quaint condo! Great location that’s a bike ride or walk to beach, shopping, or a bite to eat. Locations is kinda at a dead end so not a lot of traffic and quiet, at least while we were there! Love the screened in patio and great communication. Definitely keeping it on our “go to” places!

This was the perfect place for my family to stay on our vacation. It was clean, easy to access, and so nice. The host did a wonderful job of staying in contact throughout our stay. We could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Wonderful stay!

This property is beautiful. The condo is newly renovated and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. The washer/dryer combo is so convenient. We had a great time!

Nice For Family Beach Trip

We stayed at Chelsea’s place for our first family beach trip with our infant (4 months) and almost 4 year old. Plenty of room for everyone and it was well stocked with all the essentials. Also the owner is very responsive. Recommend!

Wonderful!

This condo was so beautiful it was the best vacation for my daughter and I for our girls trip. The owner was wonderful reached out to make sure everything was going well for us and answered any questions I had. Will def be back to this condo again in the future. Side note beds are sooooo comfortable .. beach right across the street. A lot of places to walk to in the area to eat and shop. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Great value

Property was great. We were close to both elevator and stairs. Unit was clean and well decorated. It had all the cooking supplies we needed. Short walk/bike ride to beach. Nice bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor. Will stay again.

Lovely stay

We had a very comfortable 9-night stay with 4 adults and two children. Unit was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped with all utensils, dishes and cookware in excellent condition. The beach gear which included chairs, an umbrella, beach toys and inflatables came in really handy. The beach is about a 7 minute walk with public access right at the end of the street. In the heat it was a challenging walk for 76-year old grandpa but fine for everyone else including children. Would definitely stay again!

New Year Eve Celebration

The location was greaat! The unit was clean and well stock with the basic necessary items. Quickly responded to any and all questions. The recommendations for restaurants was great! We had Pizza at Pizza by the Sea! Brunch at Perfect Pig and the Pecan Pancakes omg delicious! New Year Day dinner we choice Chiringo and you must try the Shrimp Tacos and the Pulled Pork Sandwich and the Fish Basket. We will be back soon! Thank you Angela L Anglin

Spacious Hideaway

Wonderful spacious property. Walls are well insulated so we rarely heard the neighbors. People could nap in the bedrooms while the tv was on in the living room. Conveniently close to both elevator and stairs. Unit was clean and well decorated. Beds were very comfortable. There is an outdoor unheated pool but we didn’t get to try it since it was so cold outside (no hot tub). Short walk/bike ride to beach. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, bowls cups, utensils. Check in and out was very simple and quick. If we visit the area again we will definitely stay again.

This place was absolutely perfect for my family! Felt very cozy the moment we arrived. The people on the property are very nice with the exception of owners who don’t agree with renters but they didn’t stop us from enjoying as long as you followed the rules! Chelsea was amazing, very responsive and making sure we were comfortable for our entire stay! What was not informed was the public beach access. The boardwalk that is directly in front of your street is great but LOTS OF STAIRS! 3 stairs when you get to the boardwalk from the street, 3 sets of 5 stairs when you get to the beach. If you have children and are hauling wagons, tents, chairs, etc ITS A WORKOUT! The boardwalk then comes out to a private beach area for the beachfront condos 31 on 30A which they make you walk 200ft to the left or right to get to the public beach access. It’s not fair! Yes they have LOTS of open beach BUT they won’t share! To see how they BULLY people off the beach is heartbreaking. Families with their children just trying to enjoy a great day turns out to be the parents worst day! SO me being a Floridian I know my rights, if the Public beach area is packed like a pack of sardines, I know it’s not “beach etiquette” (as we were told with no one behind us picture below), you CAN put your tent/umbrella belongings on the shoreline, wet sand they cannot make you move! My stay was great till we got to the beach and that’s why we came. Not coming back unfortunately.

Nice place!

This condo was just what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, tableware and other utensils, and there was even a spice rack. We enjoyed the open kitchen/living/dining area, screened-in patio balcony, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, all nicely decorated in beach theme. I thought the kitchen looked even nicer in person than in the pictures. Some other rentals we considered before booking had limited parking space, but this unit has ample parking spaces available. Everything was clean. Pool was not crowded and also was very clean. We walked approx. 3 blocks to the boardwalk that lead to the public beach access. The steps down to the beach were challenging with a 10-month-old being carried, a wagon full of beach equipment that had to be carried down approximately 3 flights of stairs, and a 70-year-old Grandma but we did it. We could have driven a little farther to park at the next public access area which has a ramp. Beach chairs and wagon available for use were helpful. Quite a few restaurants nearby (choose wisely if you are on a budget.) We were happy to find Publix grocery about 7 minutes away in Watercolor. Our host was quick to respond to questions about the property.

We had a wonderful experience! Host was very responsive. The location was perfect! Walking distance to Cumberland gas station, Thirty-A Cafe, Angelina’s pizza, and public beach. Fold up wagon and beach supplies were provided. The condo was very accommodating and comfortable. We arrived prepared to need paper towels, dish soap, bathroom soap, trash bags, and general everyday spices. This condo had it all for the 5 days we were there! It was very clean, roomy, with plenty of room for our 5 guests. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back.
