Escape to Fawnhurst Rentals, a peaceful, beautifully maintained upstairs duplex tucked on a private lane between Asheville and Hendersonville. Just minutes from the airport and perfectly positioned for adventure or relaxation, this 695 sq. ft. retreat blends modern minimalism with cozy mountain charm, creating the perfect setting for work trips, romantic getaways, or fun adventures with friends and family.

Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living and dining area. Wall-mounted TVs in the bedrooms and living room come with Netflix, and a few choice games, making it a favorite for friends and families to gather and enjoy time together.

Step outside to your private, open-air front porch and feel like you are in the trees — a perfect spot to sip morning coffee, or enjoy evening conversations under the stars. Guests also enjoy access to a shared hot tub, fire ring, and laundry room stocked with essentials. For your comfort, we store the outdoor sofa cushions and pillows indoors to ensure they are clean and fresh for your arrival.

Great property even better hosts! This is a great spot, close to ammentities but tucked back in a quiet nook. Very clean well taken off with all the ameneties! Outdoor fire pit and hot tub are top notch. So much better than a hotel. Family and couple friendly.

This was one of the nicest homes we've stayed in. The owner, Rachel, was absolutely delightful to work with. It was our daughter's birthday while we were there and she went so above and beyond making it extra special for her. It had all of amenities you could ever want and so many incredibly thoughtful little extras. 100% I would recommend this home to anyone needing to stay in the area. It's a definite repeat for us the next time we're in town!

We have stayed in hundreds of places, and this place was at the top! The house is spotless, stylish, and sweet. Thoughtful touches abounded-- we will let you be surprised! Our daughter cried because she wanted to stay longer than one night. She picked blueberries, dipped in the hot tub and loved playing Sorry! We will be back as soon as possible!

Phenomenal Gem Close To Airport

Fawnhurst Rentals is an amazing gem! We cannot recommend this enough. The attention to detail from the furnishings/decorations, to the instructions, the sweet personal touches were outstanding. We enjoyed the hot tub and laundry, being able to cook a meal, and the back yard with fire pit. The hosts were extremely accommodating and were delightful. We can’t wait to visit again. A

Asheville Delight!

My granddaughter and I felt like we were visiting family as the unit had all the comforts of home. There was even beer in the fridge! The owner gave us excellent ideas of what to do in the area before we arrived. I couldn’t believe how close we were to the airport, but never heard the planes at night!

My sister and I stayed at the apartment with a friend for a 40th birthday celebration. It was perfect! Great communication, perfect space, gracious host…it was wonderful! They even provided birthday decorations and a cake. Comfortable beds, clear instructions…cozy and beautiful decor. I really can’t say enough about how great it was. Highly recommend!

I truly enjoyed our stay for the 4th of July week with my family for the 3 night stay. My sincere appreciation to the host they were very kind and easily accessible. They were warm and friendly during our stay and had everything we needed. Great place to stay in near Asheville NC- location is near to several commonly visited spots and close to some really cool, diverse restaurants and stores. I always felt safe both outside of and at the home. They had lots of great extra touches that made the stay even better. The interior of the home was awesome and the rooms didnt disappoint me either being equally pleasant,clean and comfortable. Overall this home exceeded our expectations! I just wanted to say we enjoyed our stay at this home and we will be returning again in July. !! Love your home!!”

"Fawnhurst Rentals" takes its name from the private gravel drive on site called "Fawnhurst Lane," The origin of the name comes from combines two Middle English words "fawn," meaning a baby deer, and "hurst," meaning a hill or hilly area.

While the gentle hills of the estate may have once been home to deer, sightings are now rare. Instead, guests can expect to see many squirrels, chipmunks, and rabbits.
