THE SPACE:
The compound includes three structures; a Contemporary Mediterranean style home, a rustic stilt beach house, and a historic turn of the century cottage “Casa de Pescado” which has been converted into a multipurpose screened pavilion and kitchen.

The focal point of the property is the contemporary Mediterranean style waterfront house which offers a stunning panoramic view of the bay where the waters of the heated infinity pool and the bay visually merge. This house is embellished with the work of notable local artists and photographers and boasts a private 330’ pier.

The defining quality of the property is its dualistic access to both the breathtaking exposure of the water in the front yard and the privatized protection of the landscaping and privacy fencing in the backyard.

MAIN HOUSE
Kitchen/Living/Dining (open floor plan):
A fully equipped spacious chef's kitchen, a dining table that seats six, and a living area with a wide screened smart TV and fireplace.

BUTLER'S PANTRY:
This area includes a sink, dishwasher, washer and dryer, pantry, and other amenities including elegant serving dishes.

PATIO:
A large patio is accessible through the kitchen/dining area and the Master bedroom. It includes an excellent water view, pier view, and provides both covered and uncovered seating.

POOL:
The pool is a private L shaped infinity pool that has an unobstructed bay view. Pool heating fee is dependent on price of gas at time of booking.

This room has a king bed, wide screen TV, a private bathroom with a tub and shower, and closet space. This room has boasts beautiful water views and direct access to the patio.

-BEDROOM 2:
This bedroom has a queen canopy bed, large screen TV, closet space, and a private bathroom with a shower.

BEDROOM 3:
This bedroom includes 2 queen beds, a dresser and closet space, and a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

STILT HOUSE
The stilt house is behind the main house and is only accessible by climbing a flight of outdoor stairs. The house has wooden siding and is a quintessential rustic beach house. This house includes:
- Living/dining/kitchen (open floor plan)
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, sink, and other basic appliances.
The living area has a couch, and large chairs
The dining area has a dining table that seats 4.
Bedroom 4 and 5: Each of these bedrooms has a queen bed and closet space. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub and shower.

SCREENED PAVILION
This space offers a 20x34 opened screen space with an attached kitchen.

PARKING
The private parking space is extensively landscaped and shaded by oaks. It easily allows 12 vehicles unobstructed parking spaces with room to fit more.
