We had a great time. We wanted some place where we can stay and walk out and fish. It was clean, nice, and quiet. Everything is still close by like Heb, McDonald’s and other restaurants.Definitely plan on going back.

I can’t begin to tell you how much we enjoyed staying at the condo. Had the best views and was so quiet and peaceful. I honestly loved it. I didn’t want to leave. We do plan on coming back in the spring. The kitchen was awesome. I’d love to have it in my house. We didn’t get to try the pool, but it looked very inviting. Loved the green light on the pier made fishing fun.

Excellent Stay

Great place to stay. Everything you need for a vacation at one place. This is our go to vacation spot. Watched dolphins, swam in the pool, fished off the pier, and enjoyed the sunsets. We will be back again.

Property was clean. Beds were comfortable. View was lovely. Minimal basic needs provided. Bring extra blankets, beach/swim towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.

Beautiful Property

We had a great time at this property. We had a few questions and were given answers promptly. The view was amazing. The mosquitos were terrible so be prepared.

Spring Break / fishing trip

The condo was exactly as depicted on the web site, it was roomy and comfortable. The fishing pier was less then 100yards away and the bay was less then 50 feet from the back patio. There was not a gas grill, instead there was a small very grubby charcoal grill (fortunately we had not planned to do lots of grilling). If we return to Rockport we can see ourselves staying here again.

My sons and I stayed here over spring break. Great place! Watched a kiddo next door reel in a 6ft alligator gar. Sunset was amazing and relaxing even with the wind. Yes, if we get a chance I’d stay here again

Our Favorite

The most accurate listing yet. NO tricks camera tricks making the place seem twice as large as it truly is. It's plenty spacious, and the kitchen actually seemed bigger than pictured. The view was fantastic. I enjoyed sunrises and sunsets on the back patio. The king sized bed was comfy (no one used the second bedroom.) The kitchen was well equipped. We've stayed in the neighborhood before, and it's quiet and peaceful. We haven't visited, however, in peak season. The weather was cold when we were there, so we bought a couple Mexican blankets at the HEB. Those and some shower gel/soap were all we needed. (The starter kit included a small bar of soap that probably would have lasted for our 4-night stay.) The communications with the host were excellent, and the check-out process was the easiest I've experienced.

Quick getaway

The condo was lovely and well maintained. The location was perfect for us. We could walk out the French doors and throw in a line. There was a great pier that we fished from in the evenings and caught some great speckled trout. We didn’t want to leave and we can’t wait to return!!

Perfect Place to Fish and Chill

My husband and son loved being able to finish right off the back porch. Nice property…and had everything needed. They forgot to leave wash cloths for us to bathe with but after texting the property manager, the issue was quickly resolved. Master shower is awkward with space to shower under shower head. Be sure to bring bug spray or a thermacell - you will definitely need them!

Overall, great location and very clean & nice condo.

some hiccups: front porch light did not work and rear porch exterior plug did not work. Great floor plan, good parking, and the private pool and pier were enjoyable.

Outstanding kitchen. Nice view. Bring lots of mosquito repellant for patio. Your front door code may have a symbol after it. Very clean, except for bbq grills.

It was a very windy weekend, but a great place to relax and fish from the pier. Very quiet, dog friendly, nice place. We hope to come back soon.

Awesome time

Our stay was wonderful. The pictures beforehand were just like what we walked into so cozy and nautical. My husband, son and his girlfriend could not stay off the pier they loved it out there I was down for just straight up R AND R. The neighborhood is so cute and clean. Everything was wonderful about our stay except that it was t short. We will return again.
