Best location!

Great cottage and guest house in the very best location! So close to everything, especially the beach! Perfect setup for multiple families to spread out!

Nice family stay

Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us. Nice quiet neighborhood walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. The place worked well for our 6 multi-generational family members with the 4 separate sleeping areas. The kids enjoyed the back yard. It was really no problem bringing our own sheets, towels and supplies and then tidying up after ourselves -- I realize that by doing so you are able to make your place more affordable to rent. Thank you.

Great Location!

The location is close to the beach, and the WeePacket is great! You can also walk to the little downtown area, which is nice for shopping and coffee! The house was nice and had a lot of room, the beds were not the most comfortable, but we slept well enough. The place did look like it had not been cleaned well as there was dirt on the floors and rugs and in the showers. Not a lot of dirt or anything but enough to notice.

Great for large family!

My partner and I stayed with our blended family, a total of four kids. The place worked great for a larger group, and the guest cottage was awesome as a private space for the teens.

Clean, Spacious, Convenient!

The owners have made the check in and out process extremely easy. The house is well equipped, with a nice backyard, and a nice guest house that provides separation and extra room.

The house itself is great but what really made our family reunion a happy success was the large backyard and all the lawn chairs that were available.

Quiet and quaint!

The location is great! It really is a 5 minute walk down a quiet street to get to the beach. The weather didn't cooperate with us to make much of the shore, but my teens wanted to hang out around the house anyway so it worked out! They especially liked the additional bungalow behind the main house- it gave them a taste of independence without being too far from mom and dad :-) Dennis Port is conveniently situated between the two places we frequented- Chatham and Yarmouth, so it's definitely somewhere we would stay again!

Convenient to everything

My sisters and I go to Cape Cod every year, we found this Gem in Dennis Port so convenient to everything, you can even walk to breakfast or dinner, just minutes away. Very roomy and we all loved the outdoor shower, yard and deck. Very nice people to deal with. Thanks again Kelly

Summer End Stay

Fantastic stay at this property. Completely as advertised and extremely clean and neat. We loved the cozy living room in the main house. Guests comfortably spread out between main house and cottage. Quick access to eats, beaches and stores. We look to return in the future.

Great vacation spot!

We really enjoyed our stay! Short walk to depot street beach, though small, but always a spot to sit. A very short drive to sea street beach, very roomy with restrooms and a snack shack. The extra cabin was perfect for my mom to stay and have her own space! We loved this home!!

Great find in Dennisport!

We had a group of 10 adults and this place was awesome! Plenty of space, the location was great and everything is as advertised. Having the second small cottage and the backyard was perfect for a big group! Would definitely recommend it!

Very nice, the guest cottage was perfect for grandsons. Close to beach and the sundae school!!plenty of outdoor seating where we spent most of our time. Back yard is big enough for kids to set up outdoor games. Loved the outdoor shower too.

Basic, affordable space with lots of guest spaces

Good basic space with lots of beds and good location. The backyard and private cottage are good for multi-generational families. No frills. Bring your own linens and everything but the salt. We liked it and would stay again.

This property was very well equipped, with lots of areas to relax with a shady back yard.

A perfect property to spend time outdoors with family. A large shady yard with lots of space for outdoor games, with hammocks and lounge chairs for relaxing. Plenty of parking, 2 outdoor showers, and plenty of beach chairs available. The guest cottage was a great separate area for guests who would rather turn in early. A quick walk to a few beaches and local restaurants. A perfect get away location for our family.

Summer Rental

Great location. Spent a few days at Sea street beach. Drove to bay side beaches also. House is a quick walk to Wee packet restaurant and Sundae School ice cream. The back cottage was perfect for my dad who was staying with us.

A wonderful place.

We had a great time at the beach house. Very clean, cozy, and has everything you need. Close to the beach. A separate guest house is a very useful addition. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would love to visit again!

Pretty good for the price

Overall - we had a great time at the house. As long as your expectations are properly set and you know what pricing and real estate availability is like on the cape, you can enjoy it too. Pros - good price for the size, friendly and communicative owner, two houses with enough space for 8 or so people (11 is possible, but will be tight); large back yard, deck with a grill, reasonably close to the beach, updated bathrooms. Cons - on a relatively busy street, older house, splintery deck, weird smells in the closets, chipped plates and glasses. A few of our questions went unanswered.

Great Dennisport Location!

My family and I had a lovely 2-week stay here. The location was terrific -- walk to the beach, walk to ice cream. The guest house was great for a weekend visit from grandparents. It was a great vacation. Thank you!

Family vacation!

Great location to beach, restaurant s, etc... House was big enough for eight adults, having the back house was a plus. Easy check-in, owner easy to reach, had a wonderful stay.

June 2020 family vacation

We stayed for a week and half in June 2020, and had a wonderful time. The property was just as advertised. The back porch and backyard were especially awesome for us. We ate all our meals outside and the yard is big and safe (in the back away from the street) which was great for our younger kids to play free while adults could relax, read, or chat on the deck. Short walk to a nice little beach that we went to several times as well. Overall we had a great family vacation here!
