The space
The whole home is available, 4 full bedrooms upstairs with 2.5 baths, dining room, living room, deck and three seasons room. Basement area is a full size apartment, complete with a full kitchen, and living room. Full bedroom with queen bunk bed and twin bunk and full bathroom with tub shower combo. The living room was recently converted to a theater room with 120" screen with 4k projector and powered theater chairs. indoor dining room added a billiards table and dining was moved outside The newly remodeled outdoor walk out patio has lounging furniture 55” TV and hot tub. All amenities included for your stay with bedding, linens and towels and water, coffee and condiments and spices. All cooking utensils provided.

the outdoor space includes the newly finished cook area, burn pit, deck and shed with needed items for tailgates and cookouts.
Guest access
Everything except downstairs office, and a storage room and pantry and bedroom closets. Garage will remained closed.
Other things to note
We will share front entrance code prior to arrival and notes and instructions for electronics, and WiFi will be included.

We are constantly making improvements to the home and spaces for your enjoyment and ours. Right now we just finished the downstairs walkout and basement patio area, along with all the landscaping.

Only guests staying on the property are allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood with HOA restrictions for large gatherings. No outside guests! Any damages will be the responsibility of the guests to replace or pay for repairs. Please leave the home as you found it.
