All surrounded by a peaceful garden in a private, fenced back yard with a beautiful deck for reading or enjoying an afternoon tea or cocktail. 4 short miles to Gulfport Beach, 8 min drive to downtown St Pete/Tropicana Field, bike ride to the Bay on Pinellas Trail.
The space:
There is a queen loft bed with a computer station for those who work remotely and a 2nd bed in the downstairs of the loft for those who prefer not to climb up to the loft. This is a quaint and quiet neighborhood surrounded by canals and typical "Old Florida" homes. The entire back of the property is secluded with a 6 ft privacy fence with a lovely garden . My Monarch butterflies are currently laying eggs and producing babies.

The entire loft, back yard, garden and deck are all for the use of guests. There is also a full laundry room adjacent to the loft which is shared with the owner. This little gem is in a serene setting , just a stones' throw from our beautiful beaches and vibrant nightlife in downtown St Pete.
