Welcome to Batten Green, a boutique inn in beautiful and historic Staunton, Virginia! We offer lodging for up to 28 guests on a private 12-acre property.

Our grounds offer incredible views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and rolling pastures and feature our Great Lawn with mature trees, perfect for yard games and picnics, creekside nature trail, gazebo and rocking swing. We are perfectly located just 5 minutes north of downtown Staunton and 1 mile off I-81.

Our accommodations span across three rental units: a stunning historic 3-bedroom Manor House, a one-bedroom Cottage, and The Suites at Batten Green with 8 individual guest suites.

The Historic Manor House:
This beautifully restored farmhouse features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, living room, large dining room, solarium, commercial kitchen, and multiple outdoor areas with plenty of room to relax and enjoy your time in the Shenandoah Valley. The house comfortably sleeps 10. Our Manor House has been freshly renovated featuring:
- Timeless covered front porch with outdoor seating and propane fire pit
- Side and rear patios with patio furniture and outdoor grill
- 3 ensuite bedrooms
- Second floor terrace with incredible views of rolling pastures
- Cloud-like memory foam mattresses
- YouTubeTV and hi-speed WiFi
- Commercial kitchen including fridges, freezers, prep space, dishwasher, toaster oven and hot plate
- Complimentary coffee station
- High end toiletries
- Hair Dryers
- Harvest Dining Room with seating for 12
- Gorgeous Solarium with plenty of space for getting the whole group together!

Bedroom 1 - King bed, queen pullout sofa, private bathroom (shower), outdoor terrace overlooking the property
Bedroom 2 - King bed, private bathroom (tub/shower)
Bedroom 3 - Four Twin beds (2 bunk beds), crib, private bathroom (tub/shower)

Please Note:
- The Manor House is used primarily as a wedding & events venue. There is a bridal suite and large solarium which you can feel free to enjoy!
- Please inquire regarding access to the commercial gas stove/oven/griddle. There is plenty of refrigerator and freezer space as well as a countertop burner and toaster oven. There is also a large propane grill on the patio for guest use.
- All bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house and are accessible only by stairs.


The Cottage at Batten Green:
The Cottage is located off the main Manor House with a private exterior entrance. The cottage sleeps 2 very comfortably. The Cottage features:
- Dedicated parking space
- King bed with cloud-like memory foam mattress
- Separate living space with large screen TV with YouTubeTV, sofa, fireplace and bay window
- High speed internet access
- Full kitchen with large island and eat-in bar, stocked with dinner/glass/flat/cookware
- Complimentary coffee station

- Private bathroom with shower/tub combination

- Hair Dryer
- 200 SF fenced-in yard and convenient doggie door!

- The fireplace is not operational for guests


The Suites at Batten Green:
Our restored barn offers two types of suites - Comfort & Deluxe. Guests enter through the common lounge with a well stocked coffee bar through to their spacious and beautifully appointed Suites!

All Guest Suites feature:

- WFH space with desk, chair and lamps
- Mini fridges
- Wine glasses & wine key

Please note:
- Suites 1 & 2 are located on the second floor, accessed by stairs
- Suites 3-6 are located on the ground level.
- Suite 5 is an ADA accessible room.
- Suites 7 & 8 are located on the bottom level, accessed by stairs.

Pet Friendly:
Our property is pet-friendly! Pups are welcome in the following areas: The Manor House, The Cottage and Suites #7 and #8 in The Suites at Batten Green. Pet fees apply. Dogs only. 2 dogs max per space. For your convenience, 2 dog waste stations can be found on the grounds.
