Modern Home on Trout Creek in Peshtigo “Fire City” w/ Spacious Backyard & Deck!

This home on 2/3 of an acre is a perfect place to stay whether you are in town for business or pleasure in Northeast WI.
There are 3 full bedrooms, 2 of which have queen size beds with the third having a twin bunk (150 lb max / ages 6 and up) over queen. It has a full kitchen complete with stove top, oven, fridge / freezer and a spacious island that seats 3 people. There is also a formal dining table that seats 6 people.
Off of the dining room is a deck complete with gas and charcoal BBQs. In the "good weather" months a 4 top table and umbrella are also available for outdoor seating. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverages on the deck while watching the wildlife on Trout Creek that borders the spacious backyard. The creek flows into the Peshtigo River less than 1/4 mile away!
The living room hosts a 40" flat screen TV complete with ROKU stick, full size leather couch and lounge chair with ottoman. Wi-fi is available as well.
A full size washer and dryer are available in case you need to do laundry.
Located just 45 minutes North of Green Bay, 2 1/2 hours North of Milwaukee, and 90 minutes South of Iron Mountain.
Rental area does not include garage access. Front entry has 2 steps, no ramps.
Property has outdoor security cameras.

We enjoyed our stay. The home felt warm and inviting. Everything was clean and well maintained. The Peshtigo fire museum and cemetery are convenient neighbors when you stay here. We enjoyed learning about the history of this area.

Great place!!

We were here for a family reunion in Peshtigo and this was the perfect place to stay! The home is updated nicely and very clean. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. We are thankful to have found such a great place to stay in Peshtigo!

Four day fishing trip with a friend. Very impressed with this property’s new and clean, spacious feel. Beautiful back yard and deck overlooking a creek. Easily the nicest vrbo property I’ve stayed at. Would definitely recommend.

This home was perfect for our 5 week stay in Peshtigo. It is in a nice neighborhood that was very active with bands, cornhole tournaments and more. Dan was extremely responsive when needed and met all of our needs. The house was equipped with everything you need and more. No kitchen supplies need brought as this house has it all. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a place to stay in this area. Super close to big cities too such as Green Bay and Doore County!

Guys Fishing Trip

Had a wonderful stay for an April guys fishing trip. This home is very nicely remodeled on the inside! Great finishes, furnishings, top to bottom a very nice home. On top of that, the home was also very well stocked. One of the better VRBOs we’ve stayed at in terms of kitchen supplies and utensils, had anything we needed for an enjoyable stay. All new linens and towels throughout the home as well. Right in the heart of the town of Peshtigo, we were able to walk a few blocks and see the walleyes spawning at the viewing bridge on the Peshtigo River which was cool to see. Home is less than a mile from a boat launch on the Peshtigo River and about a 10 minute drive to the county launch on Oconto Bay. The owner Dan was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a superb stay, would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect!

Even better than the photos. We were on a sisters-trip to visit the area we grew up in. Since we're all in our 70's we loved the one-floor plan and the lovely walk-in shower. Communication with the manager was excellent -- but we didn't have many questions. This home is so well equipped, that our group didn't have to buy anything but food and drinks! The only thing missing was a blow dryer which gave us an excuse to rock beach hair. :) I've rented many homes over the years and have never seen one so well stocked with cooking and serving items. The home and yard were spotlessly clean when we arrived. The location is perfect with a grocery store just a couple blocks away. I really wanted to take advantage of the fishing opportunities nearby but we simply ran out of time. I highly recommend this home and would give it 10 stars if I could - it is absolutely perfect.

Very nice place, super clean and as advertised (if not better). Home is well laid out, beds comfortable and had everything we needed. Good location, easy to get to Marinette (15 minutes) as well as getting to the other towns in the area. Dan was responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!
