This 3-bedroom + den, 2-bath waterfront home on the Oconto River offers stunning water views of the Oconto River and Lake Michigan and easy access to the bay. Enjoy two private docks, five kayaks, a wood fire pit on a water-surrounded peninsula, and a patio with plenty of lounge chairs.

Conveniently located 3 miles off the freeway, just a block from Dockside Restaurant and boat launches, and 30 minutes from Lambeau Field!

Oconto is a family friendly small town "Up North" almost completely surrounded by water. We have the Oconto River flowing through the town into Lake Michigan.

A key code will be provided for self check in to the property.

Our home is perfect for large families, couples seeking a peaceful retreat, and everyone in between. Spanning two floors, the house combines rustic charm with modern touches throughout. The 6-acre private property is on the Oconto River with Lake Michigan views and a short boat or kayak ride to the bay. Enjoy the many amenities that come with this property including 5 kayaks, 2 private docks, private beach, outdoor fire pit, indoor fireplace and much more!

The main floor includes a cozy bedroom, a full bathroom, and a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a Roku TV with cable channels. Adjacent to the living room is a large dining room with seating for 10, perfect for gathering the whole family around the table to enjoy a meal or play a card game. From there, step into the four-season porch, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass windows that showcase breathtaking water views from every angle.

The main floor also includes the kitchen, fully stocked with anything you may need during your stay. Featuring modern stainless-steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. The space is fully stocked with all the essentials—pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, plates, glassware, and even small appliances like a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. For dining and socializing, the kitchen offers ample seating options. The bar seats up to 5 guests. A cozy breakfast nook offers seating for 4. The dining table seats 10, making it perfect for larger meals or group gatherings.

Upstairs, you'll discover two additional bedrooms, a den featuring two trundle beds, and a second bathroom, providing plenty of space and comfort for everyone. Off the den is the upstairs balcony equip with lots of seating for enjoying your morning coffee or taking in the river and lake views.

Our location offers endless opportunities for fun and relaxation. Enjoy floating down the river, attending Packer games, fishing tournaments or fishing guides, UTV/snowmobiling trails, little league baseball games, or exploring 26 sites on the National Historic Registry—all within easy reach! Oconto is known for it's great bird watching and snowy own sightings (best places are the marsh and Breakwater Park). Catch a free movie in the park at Joel's Reel Inn (outdoor movie theatre at Holtwood Park with seasonal showings on Saturdays).

Bucky's Limousine Service is available for transportation to events in Green Bay, Marinette, and surrounding areas. Great option for Packers Games!!

Oconto Water Fun Rentals provides fishing and pontoon boat rentals right in town for use on the river or out on the bay.

The best way to get around Oconto is by car or walking. It's about 2 miles to the grocery store and about 2 miles to the downtown area with bars / restaurants, boutique clothing store, candy store and an awesome coffee shop/home decor store called The Shop On Main.

Please note that the floating dock (second dock) is only put in seasonally. Typically this is from September however depending on the water level this timeframe can be affected. The other dock stays in the water year round.

At this time, we are not accepting reservations from local guests. Please reach out for approval if requesting to book as a local guest with the reason for your visit.

We do not allow pets on our property and appreciate your understanding. This policy also applies to emotional support animals. In accordance with federal law, service animals must stay with their owner at all times and cannot be left alone.

We have security cameras at the entrance of the property as well as on the garage. The cameras are triggered by motion detection and record video and sound.
