Sunset Village Beachfront Condo

SUNSET VIEWS to be enjoyed from this beautiful newly renovated condo. This quiet, quaint condo is located in North Truro overlooking the Cape Cod Bay. Just steps away to your private sandy beach. Relax and enjoy sunset views from your private porch every evening. Let the waves lull you to sleep. Enjoy doing absolutely nothing or explore until your hearts content.

This 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo is located on the first floor and has been fully renovated. Free off street parking for 2 vehicles. Equipped with a private washer/dryer for your convenience. There are 2 tv's in the unit. This 2 bedroom condo can sleep up to 5. The second bedroom has a hide-away twin trundle under the queen sized bed. The main bedroom has a king bed. There are no air-conditioners however, there are newly installed ceiling fans in each room as to allow the 2 sliding glass doors to remain open, all day & night, for you to enjoy the sounds of the waves.
Sorry, NO PETS, candles, or smoking is allowed, per condo regulations.
Kitchen is equipped with toaster, microwave, stove, fridge, coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots & pans for cooking and seating for 6. Linens and towels are available.

We are located on the bus line which travels to several locations including Historic Provincetown, Truro Vineyards, Shopping, Restaurants, and much more.
Visit the national seashore for an unforgettable experience. Coast Guard and Nauset Light in Eastham, Marconi in Wellfleet, Head of the Meadow in Truro and Race Point & Herring Cove in Provincetown. Take the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket for another day of adventure.
Fishing, bird watching, whale watching, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, entertainment,
dining, sightseeing, adventure tours, seal watching, biking and off-roading are just some of the many adventures you can experience

This is a sparkling clean, lovely home in a gorgeous location. Bed was very comfortable. The house had plenty of room and was stocked with everything we needed. Sunsets over the bay every evening were breathtaking. The host was super helpful. We had a great vacation!

Absolutely Perfect!

I stayed with my 2 kids...12 and 14, everything from the location, parking, condo, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, the porch the view the beach ...10 or so steps down, access to restaurants, grocery store, shops, Ptown, sight-seeing, beach walks & just relaxing. Great communication with host Debbie. We will be back

Wonderful stay on cape cod bay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Debbie’s condo on cape cod bay. The view is amazing whether you want to walk down the stairs to the beach or sit on the deck in the shade. There is a reason it’s called Sunset Village! The condo itself is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. So nice to have 2 en suite bathrooms. We had a little trouble locking the door but Debbie was very responsive and it was sorted out immediately. The location is fantastic-right on a bus line to Provincetown and a cute little market within walking distance to pick up essentials. I would love to return again next summer!

Calm and beautiful place

The place is truly beautiful! Easy access to the beach, confortable beds, we enjoyed every moment here. Don't hesitate to reserve with Debby, she responds quickly.

Stunning Property

The property is absolutely stunning and perfectly placed, only 8 minutes outside of Provincetown. The house is literally on the beach, it was so lovely to go to sleep to the sounds of the waves and wake up to them as well. There is also a charming coffee shop down the road with all the essentials. The house itself was easy to access and so CLEAN and we'll decorated. Lastly, Debbie was a great host and super responsive. Can't go wrong here. Thanks!
