If you're looking for luxury in the Wisconsin Dells, you've found it here. Tranquil Waters by Venture Luxury Estates offers privacy and freedom from front desks and other travelers while maintaining the luxuries you're accustomed to.

This home was designed by famed architect James Dresser and was built in 2007 for the proprietors of The Del-Bar (which he also designed). Mr. Dresser was a protege and friend of Frank Lloyd Wright and you can see his influence in this home.

This home underwent extensive renovations that were completed in early 2024. It is nearly impossible to describe the beauty and uniqueness of this property. Besides all of the unique interior features, like custom made Frank Lloyd Wright replica furniture, there is an actual eagle's nest in the backyard! Let's not forget the private boat dock either.

Upper Level:
Kitchen - The kitchen has so much natural light from all of the windows. It is equipped with Wolf appliances, including an induction stove top. We have stocked everything you need to prepare meals and drinks. You only have to bring the food. We have an espresso machine, drip coffee pot, and all of the pots, pans, and other accessories you need. Plenty of seating, to make this a social hub in the house and open to the family room.

Family Room - Lots of seating to watch the game on TV, play with the Xbox, or enjoy the large gas fireplace.

Master bedroom - Queen bed, gas fireplace, TV, attached study area (accessible from the other side as well)

2nd bedroom - Twin bunks with a TV

2 full bathrooms & 1 guest bathroom - The full baths have steam showers and are plenty spacious.

Lower Level:
Rec Room - Nicely adorned recreation room with adjoining game room (Ms Pac-Man, Big Buck Hunter & Atari 50), dry bar, fireplace, TV and more. This is a perfect room for playing games or watching the game! Maybe relaxing here after a dip in the hot tub!

Bedroom #3 - Queen bed & TV, located near the deep therapeutic jetted tub.

Bedroom #4 - Queen bed & TV

Bedroom #5 - Full bed that was built in the 1850's and is very ornate and comfortable. TV as well

This property has 5 patio areas. Some have simple seating to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine while watching for wildlife or boats while others are set up for dining, grilling, hot tubbing, or relaxing around the fire pit. You're going to love all these patios, we promise!

Local licensing for this property requires a certain amount of minimum days. This requirement will be worked out with each guest at the inquiry stage.

Guests will have access to all areas, inside and out, except for our lower-level supply room where we store things.

We are available to respond when necessary, but we give our guests the space they deserve when booking a vacation home in lieu of a hotel.

Alcan Drive is a quiet neighborhood along Dell Creek (the channel between Lake Delton & Mirror Lake) that consists mostly of full-time residents and other non-rental properties.

Walking around the neighborhood is quite safe but a car will be necessary for getting to all of the wonderful attractions in the Wisconsin Dells.
Destination Dells/Venture Luxury Estates Rental Agreement

Please read your vacation rental agreement carefully before you begin your vacation.

Any monies received by Destination Dells Management for occupancy of vacation property indicated the acceptance of the terms of our vacation rental agreement in full. All policies are strictly enforced. It is the responsibility of all guests and members of their party to be familiar with all policies pertaining to rental.
This Vacation Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and effective the date of acceptance by and between Destination Dells, limited liability company (“Destination Dells,” "we," or "us"), acting for itself and for the owner of the property ("Owner"), and all occupants, jointly and severally, including all persons who stay at the subject premises and the persons identified in the confirmed booking as, (collectively the “Guest," "renter" or "you"). {{initial}}
Channel Terms. If you are booking through a third-party marketing channel, your booking may be subject to that channel’s own terms and conditions (“Channel Terms”). If any provision of applicable Channel Terms differs from the Terms in this Agreement, the provision of the Channel Terms will control.
By booking your rental of the Property with Destination Dells, you acknowledge that you have read and understand, and agree to be bound by, all terms, conditions, and policies in this Agreement, including any Unit-Specific Terms (collectively, the “Terms”).
Unit-Specific Terms. Certain jurisdictions, resorts, and specific homes require renters to agree to additional terms and conditions (“Unit-Specific Terms”). We will inform you during the reservation process of any Unit- Specific Terms that apply to rental of the Property. If any provision of Unit-Specific Terms differs from the
Terms in this Agreement, the provision of the Unit-Specific Terms will control.
Property: Destination Dells hereby rents to Guest and Guest accepts in its present condition, the residential property referred to as Tranquil Waters, (the “Premises”).
Occupants: Total people occupying the Premises (including infants) consists of: 12. The number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum posted occupancy unless we have given you advance written permission to hold an event at the Property, in which case the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum number of people authorized by Destination Dells.
Maximum Occupancy: Guest agrees to comply with local zoning ordinances, including but not limited to, occupancy restrictions.
Term: The term (the “Term”) of this Agreement shall commence as identified in the associated electronic booking portal. The check-in shall not be earlier than 4:00 p.m. (CDT – Wisconsin) on the Beginning Date, and Guest shall vacate the Premises on or before 11:00 a.m. (CDT – Wisconsin) on the Ending Date. Guest is more than welcome to request an early check-in or late check-out. The Term shall not exceed thirty (30) days.
Upon the Ending Date, Guest shall be required to vacate the Premises unless one of the following circumstances occur: (i) Destination Dells and Guest formally extend this Agreement in writing or create and execute a new, written, and signed rental agreement; or (ii) Destination Dells willingly accepts new rent from Guest, which does not constitute past due Rent.
Any reservation obtained by Destination Dells under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advanced payment, deposit or rental money, and the Guest will be prohibited from entering the Premises.
Guest shall jointly and severally pay to Destination Dells the amount provided in this Agreement for the entire Rental Term of the Agreement (the “Rent”).
Cancellation and Refunds: Please refer to the cancellation policy listed on the channel where you made the reservation.
Travel Insurance (Optional): Travel Insurance - Vacation Rental Insurance may have been made available with your reservation. Vacation Rental Insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize Guest’s vacation investment and force Guest to incur unplanned expenses. We strongly recommends Guest purchase this valuable protection. If declined, Guest acknowledges they have read and understand Destination Dells cancellation policy and choose not to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance on behalf of all occupants of the Premises. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, pandemic, etc., Destination Dells recommends that Guest purchase trip cancellation and Interruption Protection insurance to assure refund of deposits paid and reimbursement of other vacation payments.
Catastrophic Events & Emergency Evacuations: If a catastrophe (hurricane, tornado, earthquake, flood, fire, pandemic, wild fire, etc.) or any situation simply beyond Destination Dells control impairs the vacation rental, Destination Dells is not responsible for finding alternate lodging for Guest or for Guest’s financial losses related to transportation or alternate lodging. There will be NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR EMERGENCY EVACUATIONS other than discussed above. Therefore, Destination Dells suggests that Guest consider Travel Protection Insurance to secure their vacation investment and eliminate their financial risk.
Recreation Property: Guest represents and warrants that Guest’s primary residence is located someplace other than the Premises and that Guest is utilizing the Premises as a “vacation rental” or “recreational property.” Guest will not use the Premises as a primary residence and Guest will not be domiciled at the Premises.
Commercial Photography: Guests should not participate in film or photography that is intended for commercial use or profit, without documented permission from Destination Dells.
Sight Unseen: The Premises is furnished. Destination Dells makes a sincere effort to accommodate Guest, but no refunds or adjustments will be made if Guest determines that the décor or furnishings are unacceptable to their unique tastes and preferences.
