Introducing a recent addition! Come and let us spoil you with our wonderful location. I am a super host with dozens of good reviews, but only a few here as this is a new platform for us. People are leaving siesta key neighborhood to come here for other reasons other than just a much lower price. They love the ability to get just about anywhere quickly.. the privacy, the quiet and the pool!. I’ve had guests that walk to downtown all (although…That’s not me lol. )The legacy Trail, which is a big deal, will let you cycle all the way down to Venice. Safely without cars…. MAIN STREET is absolutely hopping on Friday and Saturday night especially, -activity levels have dramatically changed since 2016 - Sarasota is now providing way more satisfaction for various age groups.


THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Come to colorful Sarasota! I never planned to live here, but then I discovered THIS! Looking for a community for my sister to reside in, I found myself living here as well.

INSIDE-Granite counters in the kitchen, upgraded lighting and appliances. This is an open layout with windows in each room .The sliding glass door from your comfortable kitchen opens to the screened private lanai. This lanai is a roomy corner and actually has cross breezes! Invite your friends, breakfast happy hour or just a lazy afternoon snooze. Stroll to the pool in a couple of minutes.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. Including a coffee maker, air fryer ,Microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, disposal , Wine glasses!

There are two recent TVs, the main bedroom and living room. Stream Wi-Fi. Feel free to enter your account to Netflix or other services. We have basic cable TV as well.

You’ll have excellent rest in this villa, the primary bedroom has a dream cloud mattress and an ensuite bathroom. IMPORTANT NOTE : the second bedroom has a LONG TWIN bed and desk area —not a double bed. The photo shown will be updated. (it is rented now) Second full bathroom (with tub) will afford you and your companion to enjoy your own spaces. If you need a wider bed, I can lend you a high comfortable queen air bed.

There’s a full size washer and dryer in our villa, and ironing board and iron, and beach towels. The pool is moments away, and it is glorious! And I’m saying that, ~ as a person who is not usually fond of pools. It is very lightly used as many of the residents in our community are snowbirds

You’ll never need a key to enter your Villa (keypad. )I live in Jefferson Pines as well And can answer any questions you might ever have about anything.

Sarasota is widely known as the center of arts and culture in South Florida. In the last few years, since I moved here, the number of restaurants and entertainment venues have doubled. People travel here from all over the world, and it has been listed in dozens of magazines as a world class environment & perfect place to retire, with legendary beaches. Sarasota’s Siesta Key has actually been written up as the finest beach in the country,~ numerous times! Our villa is situated right outside downtown so no downtown buzz or traffic noise. And we have the finest pool in the in the area. . On the map that I include, you can see how close we are to everything.

In the last few years, I have hosted people from all over the world. But in recent years, my guests have been staying for so many months & rebooking or buying- that I find myself with fewer reviews! Please look at my other platform listings to see them. Personally, I have traveled extensively, And feel confident that I know what you’re look for on your vacation.

Our community is comprised of all age groups. While there are a number of retired people here, there are also those who go to work every day and have children. This is not a tourist community, and the minimum rental time is a month .. It’s residential so there will be an information sheet that we will ask you to complete Within a short time after your booking. This provides security, to know who your neighbors are! During high season, ….Rentals are from the first of the month to the last day. We are only permitted 4 a year so multi month rentals get first priority. During season from January 1 thru March 31, there is a two month minimum. January and February …..or February and March. consider adding April. It’s a gorgeous month down here and the nightly rate dips!

Sarasota itself is a vibrant community and when you walk through the streets at night in downtown, there’s never an evening without activity and excitement and people having a wonderful time. There are events throughout the year. Entertainment, music, farmers markets…, I will provide you with Brochures and tourist info.

Walking distance from your vacation Villa, is a family owned supermarket, laundromat, family Dollar, takeout Chinese food, pharmacy, and nail parlor. Also a new Wawa with the lowest price gas around. moments further, a new Sproutsl.
Main street close by ...to a movie theater with reclining seats and good prices… and free parking.. restaurants & shopping galore. Main Street is a couple of minutes away and you’ll find it bustling with all age groups and LIVE music..

The new BAY RUNNER TROLLEY will transport you on a fun open air ride through Main Street then to the Bayfront all around Saint Armand Circle and then out To Lido Beach. Free! ! 15 minute walk from your door. (Or drive in 2 min) PETS OK on the trolley

E bikes are a big thing here, as well as scooters, and regular bikes. The water sports are legendary, Kathleen’s catamarans just moments away, the Bayfront is a straight run down Fruitville Road . From the map, you can see we are perhaps 2 miles from the bayfront to one of my favorite places, O’Leary’sTikibar, and Grill, to sitting at happy hour, looking at the bay, keeping your eyes peeled for dolphins!

Our community allows just a few rentals a year,SO it is not a resort community, it will be quiet and private.

Our property is not suitable for infants under two or pets.
We do not permit combustibles such as oxygen tanks.

The gas grill that is in the lanai is not really included. However, if that is a dealbreaker for you, we can discuss it. I don’t provide the fuel. (The condo association Is considering changing their regulations concerning this.) —————-PROMOTIONS if you are looking for more than one month, only beginning April, contact me with a message. (plus to incentify..we will consider a pet..if dog.,must be non shedder..($150 pet fee .. )the only way we can accept cats if you have a three month rental and it is at the end and I don’t have an immed guest moving i —because of the cat allergy situation. We need a break between guests and we try to do a serious de-catting)
