As the idealistic Siesta Key beach beckons, our dreamy 2 bedroom and one bathroom beach cottage provides the perfect location for dining, shopping, and absolute fun!

You will be welcomed by an adorable, cheerful sun-room. Feel at home, as you are welcomed with the tranquility of the comfortable beach themed room that boosts a queen-sized pull-out couch.

1950's original hardwood pine flooring provides a unique infusion of charm to the modern trendy decor of the open, bright, central living space. A cozy, white leather sectional is a great place to kick back and enjoy an exciting game or family movie on the 75" flat screen smart TV.

There was only one washcloth in bathroom. No bathroom hand towels. When we went to throw the sheets in washer there was a load of what we think were towels or sheets left in dryer from previous guests stay. There were no paper towels in kitchen. Only one kitchen hand towel. Bathroom needed a good dusting. And the living room windows were dirty.

Had an issue with the oven and contacted the host. She got right bavk to me and came right over.The home was fantastic and it's l Iocation was perfect for us. We are hoping to return to this property when we visit Sarasota again.

Property is close to eating, beaches and grocery. The house was fine for what we needed…just a place to sleep. Other than that, the property and home needed a lot of TLC and we feel it did not meet most vacation rental standards or expectations, especially in the Siesta Key area. Did not receive a check-in code, but host was very responsive.

Es amplia, cómoda menos los closets porque no tienen entrepaños para colocar la ropa y toca mantenerla en la maleta,la terraza es buena pero tiene todas las mallas rotas y se entran los zancudos....poco segura por lo anterior,las camas son confortables y tienen buena lencería

Cottage close to Sietsa Key and Lido

Overall this home is in a convenient location to everything we wanted to do. The sectional couch with extra pillows was comfortable enough to sit and watch some TV, however the master bedrooms bed was pretty uncomfortable. And the exterior of the property needs a little TLC. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive.

On our last night before we were to head home, the AC stopped working. They were VERY quick to come and fix it. We had a good time talking with our host and her husband. This place will be recommended for sure! If we come back to Siesta Key, I will definitely reserve this cottage again! Thanks!

Little Gem

If I could give more than 5 I would. Description was accurate and just what we hoped for. On Siesta Drive, so it is a bit busy, but house is back off the road and we slept greatDiscovered a closet with beach chairs, umbrella, etc which made our trip even better! Would highly recommend!

Cozy home away from home

The beds are super comfortable and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved all the left over beach gear that other guests have left over time. It was perfect for our beach day! It is a lived in cottage feel so nothing extremely fancy but truly cozy. Safe neighborhood and a quick drive to all areas. If I’m ever back in Sarasota, I will be renting again. Thank you, Sarah!

central location

we were visiting Selby Gardens and this rental was in a good location for both gardens. Easy walking distance to corner pub/restaurant. Enjoyed our stay.

The home itself was located area that allowed easy access to all our destinations. Manager Sarah was available whenever we had questions. The fence in back yard broken down laying on the ground, neighbor peeking in the back where fence is down, we love the porch for morning breakfast, but the wind has damaged the screens on the porch much repair needed. All in all we enjoyed the cottage.

Super cute cottage

This was the perfect lodging for a weeding we were attending at the botanical gardens. Everything was convenient. The house was cute. The enclosed back deck is charming.

Charming cottage review

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The house was very clean and a classic bungalow. We loved the screened in porch and the trees and plants provided a good level of privacy. Although on the main road, the road noise was not that bad. The house was in good proximity to where we wanted to visit and we liked being able to walk to the Oasis and English Pub. The screens need some repair and a good set of knives, cutting board, and tea towels are the only suggestions we would make.

Nice location, nice neighbourhood

Sarah's house is clean and large. We loved the lanai at the back. Beds are comfortable and overall we had a very nice stay. The location is on the way to Siesta Key, and it was simple to get to Lido Key and downtown. There is a run-around in the driveway which makes getting out easier, as the road can get busy. Overall we highly recommend, Sarah was really efficient in her communication and helpfulness. Would go back!

Cute, Florida cottage

Adorable two bedroom one bathroom cottage with screened in porch in the back. Very clean, spacious and comfortable . Very convenient but busy location. Sarah, the host is incredibly gracious and lovely to deal with. Very accommodating and attentive to the guests. Would highly recommend for any vacationers interested in checking out the beautiful Sarasota area. Close to the beaches, Restaurants, lots to do.
