Unplug and reconnect with your special someone and nature! Lay down the living room couch and play a board game while watching nature out the windows. The spiral staircase leads to the second floor nest with a comfy queen bed. Steps away you can relax at the pavilion shared by one other birdhouse that boast a hot tub, rocking chairs and patio dining area. Hike, bring a bike or drive to the State Park that's seconds away. No wifi.

The Nest is absolutely adorable and extremely clean. My husband and I were so happy staying here, it was just what we needed to get away together. I will absolutely recommend this place and plan on coming back. 3

This place was everything is says. We attended a wedding at the venue down the road and was very convenient for us out of towners.

Our stay was very relaxing , like the idea of being able to communicate with each other more and spend time together . Wish I would have had more info about not having a kitchen or a place outside to cook dinner for each other . Not a lot of places to sit , no grill , the neighbors across the street were loud with their music plus the music coming from the barn venue . The stairs are kinda dangerous , wouldn’t recommend for bigger folks or people with knees issues .

Property was beautiful and quaint. Extremely clean and well decorated. The only negative thing I would say is that the spiral staircase was really narrow. It was pretty tricky if you needed to come down to go to the bathroom at night.

Sweet, quiet get away!

We enjoyed our stay at the nest, it was adorable and quaint. We enjoyed the updated decor and unique home! The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing with many massaging shower heads! We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at the end of our day!

Can I say little piece of heaven?

This little house was the most perfect getaway spot for me. I honestly think its my favorite VRBO ever. I came by myself to visit family. The house was so cozy. It cooled nicely, and the bed was super comfortable. The picture windows were really nice - Everything completely clean and seemed very new. Shower was great. Hot tub was nice and new as well. It was the best sleep I have had in a long time and have recommended it to people already. Went for a nice long walk and saw a lot of wildlife.The only suggestion from me: coffee maker. Most people want to enjoy a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. 2 mugs and a little 4 cup machine would make this place beyond perfection. The stairs are steep - yes - but if you are an average sized person and have good knees, they are fine.

The view is beautiful, the stairs are murder..

The bad news: This could be so much mote if theyd added 5 more feet and put in a proper kitchen, even just a coffee maker, so in this tiny space you also have to fit a ginormouscoolor and french press. Do not forget anything and have to go back up those stairs if you're over forty or have a bad knee, holy smokes!! The great news: Its a beautiful spot, lots lof lovely foliage, and a surprise huge outdoor living room.with a comfy couch and rocking chairs. I would put up some cool bi

We enjoyed every bit of this unique cabin! Simple and yet elegant , we loved the birdhouse theme! The place was warm and comfortable - the hot tub and enjoyable extra! Definitely a place we'd recommend and come back to!

Cozy but Cold

The property is very cute! However, because of its minimalistic design it is very cold!! The siding and roof are aluminum so there is little insulation. The property didn’t have extra blankets and we froze! We ended up leaving a night early because it was too cold to stay. There is no cell service, you need to check property access details before arrival and you will not have access to phone service. If you’re looking to go off the grid and enjoy walking/hiking I would recommend this property in warmer mountains as it looks perfect for that! Not a winter stay!
