Welcome to Respite Inn, a charming, thoughtfully designed 2/1 home on the north side of Greenville, SC available for monthly rental.

Our home is perfectly located just 7 minutes (3 miles) from both Furman University and Downtown Greenville. We are also only 9 minutes from Paris Mountain State Park.

We can't wait to welcome you into our home. We are sure you will find respite here.

Respite Inn is a fully-furnished, pet friendly monthly rental (30 days-182 days) with all utilities included. Our home is in a residential neighborhood in the Sans Souci/Cherrydale area, convenient both to Greenville and Traveler's Rest.

Our screened in porch greets you as you enter the home, welcoming you to sit a spell and enjoy the evening breeze.

Upon entering, you will find a cozy living room, set-up to facilitate conversation with those you love. To your right, is the spacious galley-style kitchen. Our kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you! The laundry, as well as our gorgeous, solid wood dining room table and accompanying bench, are also located in the kitchen.

At the back of the home are two lush Queen bedrooms, each with their own charm. We also have 1 bathroom, with a traditional tub/shower combination.

Finally, we have a small deck and backyard. We are pet friendly with a $250 fee ($100 per additional pet).

I am always a message away if needed and will do all I can to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable stay. That being said, I do tend to let my guests alone unless I am needed :)

Cherydale is a great area, so close to the mountains and Traveler's Rest, a short drive to Downtown, Furman, and Bob Jones University, and convenient to shopping at Cherrydale Pointe!

Greenville's public transportation isn't quite as advanced as one would hope, so we do recommend that our guests plan to have their own vehicle. An Uber can be easily obtained for quick trips around or a night on the town.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safeley (ie, not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flamable container)
No tampering with the router, smart lock, or ring doorbell.
