* 2 reserved parking spots at door. Additional parking available in guest spots throughout Resort.

* Second, large heated saltwater pool with grills and picnic tables

* Blink" security camera located outside front door.

* Cable access, wi-fi, and TV's in living room and all bedrooms.

BB's is fully furnished
Ground floor:
* 2 roomy bedrooms with attached full bathrooms.
* Full sized washer and dryer
* Fenced backyard

Second floor:
* Living room with a queen sleeper sofa
* Fully equipped kitchen
* 3rd full bathroom
* Breezy balcony looking out over sand dunes, and the Packery Channel waters .

Provide:
All bedding and towels
2 rolls toilet paper, hotel soaps, hotel shampoos per bathroom,
Paper towels, garbage bags, napkins, dish soap and sponge, dish towels, 4 pods for the washer and 4 pods for the dish washer.

This was a wonderful condo and location for our family! The kids room has a trundle which was perfect for our three kids, and it was easily walkable to the beach and multiple pools. The hosts were incredible and so helpful with all our questions. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again!

Steps to the beach

Great family friendly spot that is close to the pool and playground. Getting to the beach is also super easy as it is about a minute walk from the front door. Will definitely stay here again in the future

Convenient & Clean

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. Very close to the beach (walking distance), which was super convenient. Would definitely come back in the future!

Felt like Home

In the words of our 8 year old son: "As soon as I walked in, it felt like home!" Clean & comfy, close to the pool and beach which we appreciated. Mattye was very helpful along the way. We enjoyed our stay!

North Padre for the win!

We had a great time! The place was great and very accommodating for our young children. They had beach toys, toys for the kids to play with inside, a pack n play for our youngest along with a high chair. They were very pleasant to communicate with. Would book with them again!

Worth a repeat visit

This property was absolutely fantastic for our family. We have a young child and the proximity to the on-site playground was perfect for brief adventures in between larger activities, meal times, and naps. We walked to the beach easily via an access road. The amenities at this condo were exceptionally well thought out and also designed to scale well for a family larger than ours. Having a full bathroom upstairs by the kitchen also added extra convenience during our stay. The owners were exceptionally responsive and accommodating. We would choose this exact condo again for future trips as our family grows and ages.

Beautiful Condo close to the beach

I will start by saying Mattye is a great host. First things first, this is a beautiful condo with all the basics as described in the listing. Its is a 2 min walk to the beach which is pretty nice. The condo provides you with beach towels, some beach chairs and even surf boards. (Although some of the chairs were broke :)), anyhow, its good to have these when you on a vacation. Also, it would be great if some basic condiments are included in the kitchen, at least some good coffee :) We did run into an unexpected issue with the plumbing, where a major pipe burst cut off water for the entire Island, no fault of the host. As we had young kids and we really needed water, we decided to checkout for the night. Mattye made sure our checkout was as smooth while trying to handle this problematic situation. Nothing could had been done if the main water pipeline had burst. Mattye still made sure we were taken care of due to this disruption. We certainly look forward to get back and hopefully we have a more relaxed stay the next time :)

Perfect spot

Spacious and full with amenities! We appreciated the toys and books for the kids, boogie boards for use, binder full of good information and even laundry soap for use! Great communication with the owner, which is a major plus for us. Perfect location to watch the sunrise from the balcony as it’s just a short walk to the beach! Thanks for the great stay!
