Perfect Beach Getaway

We had an amazing stay at your beautiful beach house. It was the perfect ending to our summer. The house was exceptionally clean. organized, beautifully decorated, very spacious, cozy and well-equipped. The host was very nice and communication with her was very easy. It was a short walk to beach and short drive to restaurants. Highly recommend this vacation home to anyone.

Perfect Family Getaway

We stayed at this property for 6 nights to celebrate my daughter's 19th birthday. There were 4 adults - my husband and I and our daughter and her boyfriend. We all had plenty of room, the bedrooms were large and had plenty of storage. All of the rooms were stocked with everything we needed, towels, toilet paper, soap, sheets, etc. The washer & dryer in the garage was very convenient. We enjoyed sitting out back in the evenings. The wifi and apps on the TV in the living room worked great. The garage was very large and roomy for our car to be covered and there is plenty of space in the driveway for additional cars. The walk to the beach is very short, 5 min or less and the road is quiet and not busy at all. There is a bus stop at the corner of the house but we didn't notice it at all and we were out walking to sunset on one side of the inlet and sunrise on the beach side - both are very short walks. We found the neighborhood to be quiet and the folks we did see in their yards or out walking their dogs were very nice to us. The host was amazing and answered every question and even ordered items for the kitchen during our stay to make us the most comfortable. We've stayed in several VRBO and Air B&B and never had such an accommodating host. We have been to New Smyrna and Daytona multiple times, this time we were looking for peace and quiet and it was just perfect. There are lots of great places to eat nearby although we mostly made meals at the house. Will stay again!

Good clean house, good for a quiet getaway.

The home is beautifully remodeled. Water pressure was a bit low. The no visitors at all policy is a bit too much, I had family from all over the US and was afraid to have them come in due to the fact that it seems someone is watching you the whole time. Quiet hours start at 10 I believe, all the while the houses next door were loud into the middle of the night. Would only recommend for 1-2 people given all the rules, not for family.

Home Away from Home

The communication and access to house were perfect. Everything was clean and there was access to all necessities while you are traveling. If my travels brought me back to this area, I would definitely book a stay again. I would also not hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends. Thank you!
