➠️PARKING SPACE FEE: Subject to space availability and charged at an extra P500 per night, parking is offered for your convenience and peace of mind.

There are eighteen pay parking spaces available at Amani Grand Residences, and parking is first come, first served basis. Please pay any outstanding fees to the administrative office before checking in or out. We do not collect such fees. You will have to pay before you are allowed to exit the condo complex.

1. Our unit is near the swimming pool (as shown in our photos) which is an advantage for those wanting to swim - so close that noise is inevitable at certain times. As well as we have also mentioned in our listing that it is located on the ground floor where people usually pass by and that could also be emphasized.

2. GYM IS NOT AVAILABLE; we are still waiting for its official opening.

3. All requests must be not less than 48 hours from your check-in date and are always subject to availability.

4. If it comes out that the guests smoked or vaped during their visit, despite our listing information and the notices posted inside our unit, we will take the appropriate action. Since it was assumed that our guest understood and would follow the house rules and regulations upon making your reservation.
