"The Coop" features a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven designed for shared moments of laughter and relaxation. Unwind in the large kitchen, gather in the inviting dining room, or lounge in the two living areas, all designed for your comfort and enjoyment. Convenience meets luxury with amenities like a brand new hot tub, cowboy pool, fire pit, washer/dryer, and two sofa sleepers, ensuring every guest feels right at home. "The Coop" comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Adjacent to "The Coop," discover "The Roost," which offers a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom haven perched above a detached two-car garage on the property. This accommodation features a thoughtfully designed layout, boasting a spacious kitchen ideal for culinary adventures, a quaint living area equipped with modern entertainment amenities like TV and Wi-Fi, and a serene bedroom adorned with a queen-size bed. The spacious bath ensures rejuvenation with its shower/tub combination, completing the perfect retreat ambiance for up to 2 guests.

Altogether, the entire property can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests, with 8 guests in "The Coop" and another 2 guests in "The Roost."

Also, please note we have routine pool / spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the pool / spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
