Lovely little home on Chappy. We had everything we needed during our stay. Comfortable, spotless and updated home. Away from all the crowds in Edgartown yet a quick little ferry ride over that you can walk on without needing to worry about parking downtown. Owner was very responsive throughout our stay, even offering to let us stay as long as needed past checkout time due to snow and a late boat! Would absolutely stay again.

This host is amazing! Communicative, client focused, wants you to have a great experience...And the place is divine! I stayed during a hurricane on the island and it was such a cozy, warm, clean, well equipped shelter. It felt like "home". The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to make a meal, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and well stocked and the sauna is such an incredible perk. Also the fire pit out side and private area (great for a wedding party or other celebration) It is another ferry ride from the MV and once on chappy it's a few miles from chappy ferry so maybe have a bike or scooter to shuttle you. Well worth the price, all in all...you get what you pay for and this is fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very welcoming, responsive, and always available whenever we had questions. The house was clean, beautiful, and well equipped with all the essentials, which made our stay very comfortable. It’s conveniently located close to the ocean and the ferry. We took the first ferry, which round trip with the car, but we also found another ferry option at the other end that was much more affordable at round trip. We visited during the winter, so it was a bit cold, but overall it was a lovely and relaxing experience. We truly enjoyed our time and would be happy to stay again. We only brought our food and water our clothes exstra if it's in winter of course —everything else was already provided. There were two refrigerators, paper towels, toilet paper, tea and coffee, all the kitchen essentials, spices, shampoo, body wash, towels, and even a barbecue. The dishwasher, washer, and dryer made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The house was well set up, comfortable, and perfect for families, with fun activities for both kids and adults. We took care of the home as if it were our own and truly had a great time.

Lovely light filled and peaceful stay on picturesque island; plan food/eating before arrival!

Great house with enjoyable blend of spaciousness and cozy appeal. Kitchen was well appointed and great overall aesthetic, layout - roomy for 5. Upstairs suite very open and lots of windows in house. 5 min drive to BREATHTAKING reservation on beach ($20 to park for non members and well worth it), peaceful Japanese gardens nearby too. There's a super cute 500ft ferry ride ($35 round trip) to get to and from this location so plan for food accordingly!

Amazing getaway for our mini honeymoon

This house would be perfect for a family get away. It was just me and my new husband and it was incredible but definitely big enough for a large family vacation. All of the rooms and appliances were clean and looked just like the images. My only complaint was that it was very minimally stocked. Only one back up toilet paper and one back up paper towel so I’m glad we didn’t have a large group. The last bedroom also didn’t have any sheets on it. And definitely be sure bring your own shampoos and soaps because there is none provided. Other than the minor necessities that would be key to bring, this was an incredible house and we had an amazing stay.
