Lovely 2-bedroom apartment with WiFi, AC in Tucson

Thank you for the review. But I don’t understand why I couldn’t get a five star review. My listing is perfect. I have met a complete renewal of the listing. It looks way more beautiful now than before.

He booked my place during the gym show two months ahead of time. Two days before he would checked in, he said his friends from out of the country have invited him to stay with them and that I should process full refund. I told him I will follow my cancellation policy because I was not sure anybody was going to book the space again since the gym show had already started. I told him that I would give him back half the amount and if anybody votes, I will give him the rest .He threatened me that he was going to write a negative review and nobody will ever booked my space again. he said he will make sure nobody ever books the place again. I offered to give him 50% refund he refuse then I asked him to cancel so another person could book, he also refused to cancel. It was confusing to me. He was not going to stay there and yet he would not cancel!But he wanted full refund at the same time.When he realized that he was not going to have the full refund, he decided to write bad things about my listing so that nobody would book my place again. Please ignore all the negativity. Read what other guests have said about it. Just book and come ee the place for yourself. If you don’t like it, I will refund your money.It is very unkind for somebody to destroy our small family business. I depend on this little business to put food on the table for my kids.. The entire review is full of lies.
