You have found a fantastic holiday home near the centre of Pärnu in a quiet area with plenty of cosy space for everyone.
The freshly renovated and spacious home stretches over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. Amenities also include fast Wi-Fi, high tech TV, bluetooth speaker, fireplace, garden and a barbecue.
The space
The villa presents a fresh modern style combined with stylish interior details. It consists of the ground floor with a spacious living-dining room with a comfortable and huge couch, 65" TV with an extra bluetooth loudspeaker, large dining table, modern and fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine plus a dishwasher. Upstairs one finds 3 quiet and convenient bedrooms among which the master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a vanity unit. There are 2 bathrooms on both floors, home office with a glass desk and a lounging area on the upper floor, separate laundry room, free parking for up to as many cars as needed and a large garden equipped with comfortable furniture and a barbecue. The well-kept garden invites you to enjoy the outdoor space as well.
