Completely remodeled from the inside, this classic cabin offers the perfect blend of rustic charm with contemporary convenience. It is just steps from the Colorado River's North Inlet here in Grand Lake. Spend a day in town sampling the local fare at one of the area's many great restaurants or stroll along the water at Gene Stover Lakefront Park. Visit the Kauffman House Museum, explore the Arapaho National Recreation Area, and don't miss Granby Ranch for prime skiing and snowboarding in winter, all within 20 miles of your door.

This quaint, single-level cabin boasts an updated, full kitchen with new appliances (including a dishwasher) and all the utensils and accessories you need to prepare great meals at home. Dine together or play board games at the table, and then switch on the electric fireplace and sink into the comfortable sofa in the living area while you stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts. In warm weather, sit outside and enjoy the view and the fresh air on your screened patio. (Air-conditioning is not provided due to the mild climate.) Baseboard heating will help you stay cozy if it's chilly.

This property also includes a private washer/dryer to help you take the stress out of your laundry during your stay.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
