The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, stove, and is set up to accommodate large gatherings, ensuring there's plenty of space for everyone to come together and enjoy meals.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Very roomy and welcoming for a large group.

Location is great, close to the beach, Florence, and Heceta Lighthouse. House was great, only 2 bathrooms but we knew that before, tons of room. Excellent area to spread out in. We had 11 people and the house almost felt empty: )

Fully stocked Large House!

House was able to accommodate all 11 of us. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. Only 2 bathrooms made it a little tricky at time but we made it work. I already miss waking up to the amazing views!

Beautiful view of the ocean with plenty of space and a short walk to the beach! Comfy beds and plenty of couches to relax on. Mostly clean, but did have quite a few ants.

Wonderful Gathering Place

Perfect large group home. Excellent view, close to beach. Well appointed kitchen. Plenty of blankets and seating to make it cozy. Easy beach access. Worked very well for our large family holiday gathering. Highly recommend.

Great for Groups!

Beautiful ocean views! Great for our large family. Very clean, sufficient towels in both baths and beds and linens were wonderful. Also love the snuggly blankets. Kitchen is packed with everything you need to do all meals there. The home is very cozy and I love that many can gather together in the main living area with bedrooms completely separate.

Great home with huge gathering area for our family

This house was well described in the listing and perfect for our family's needs. Great open gathering area with great ocean view thru the beach side houses. We loved it. The grill was a bit dated and looked used, but not a big deal. The garbage situation outside was an issue. Not big enough of a can, and a bear was causing issues with the cans on the street.

Family Fun

This house worked great for us. The kitchen was stocked so amazingly well that we could cook every meal with ease. Lots of space to move around and it created a fun place to gather and cook together. We really liked that the TV was separate from the ocean views. So much cozy space to relax. The stairs were even pretty easy to navigate. Our oldest in the group 87 to the youngest 16 months old did good going up and down. That being said, I wish that the stair openings could be modified to fit the baby gate. The 16 month old needs supervision while using stairs in general so it would have been nice to not have to worry about him slipping over to try it on his own. You could hear when people were up and about upstairs but it was not bothersome at all to us. The Vacasa folks were not very helpful but we managed ok anyway. Overall we all really enjoyed this home for our family gathering and plan to book again for our next time in Florence.

This house has a breath taking view of the beach. The living/dining/sitting room was extremely spacious and well laid out. The house is loud, if you are downstairs you can hear every move people make upstairs. Each bedroom can hear its neighbors conversations. The cleaning crew did over look some details, but the beds were clean and comfortable.

We would stay there again.

There were a few (electrical) maintenance issues that need to be addressed, so I've emailed the host about those. But this did not keep us from enjoying our time there. It is a lovely space and we would stay there again.

Wonderful coast vacation

We have stayed at this place a few times over the years, and keep coming back to it as one of our favorites. We love the open layout of the top floor, giving lots of space for visiting and playing games. The "window wall" gives a great view of the ocean. It was pretty difficult to get in touch with the homeowner, but that's the fault of the VRBO process, not theirs. It would be nice if they made that easier. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Beach front sanctuary

The pictures on the listing do not do this place justice. The ocean views are breathtaking and the many huge windows in the ocean facing side ensure you get to enjoy the view wherever you are. The house was big but homey and comfortable and accommodated our family get together perfectly. There is a very well stocked kitchen, more than ample sitting spaces. There are games and blankets and plenty of towels. We wanted for nothing!! The house was clean, the beds were comfy!! The host was incredible and gracious! I can’t wait to stay again!

Awesome Property

All the bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs. When you enter the second floor the first thing you notice is the spectacular view, spacious kitchen and great balcony. We would stay again and again.
