Our host was extremely accommodating to requests and helpful when we had questions or requests. The home was clean and as advertised and centrally located so we could get to most places in the area quickly. The neighbor was friendly and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the stay. The property was perfect for us. Even though we did not bring our cat it was super pet friendly. Adorable and clean. Had all we needed. And conveniently located to restaurants and shops. Would absolutely stay again. Our host David answered us right away when we needed him.

While the master bedroom carpet could stand to be replaced, this property was exactly what we were hoping for in order to provide a perfectly central location not far from anywhere in the Cape Coral area. Great neighbors, great yard for the pups and great communication with the property owner!!

Has what you need

It has everything you need and nothing more. The house clearly doesn't get a lot of love. Staying with my brother to check in on my dad, it was totally fine. If I was staying here with my wife/kids, they would have complained for sure.

Eh, just ok. You get what you pay for.

I was traveling with my family for a wedding in town. Description and photos say there is a PlayStation and gaming chair…there isn’t. Since I was traveling with my kids, this was a reason we chose the place. Said there was a “Keurig style” coffee maker. It’s a 5 percolator from Walmart that doesn’t take k-cups. Master bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. The drain plugs from the tubs had been removed, so my toddler couldn’t take a bath. The neighbor’s (the owner) little dog barked and yapped ALL NIGHT AND ALL DAY. We were up all night for three nights because of it. There is a dishwasher, but all the plates and bowls provided aren’t dishwasher safe. Finally, the owner came knocking on the door 2 hours before checkout asking us if we’ll be out in time because he had a new renter coming in. After we said yes, he just hung out in the yard with his dog while we continued to pick up and get dressed, making us feel incredibly rushed to leave. Overall, I would not stay here again unless multiple changes were made, including removal of that dog.

Nice 2/2 in great location. Comfortable living room. Nice area to walk and bike. Grocery stores convenient. And 8-10 minute drive to downtown Cape Coral restaurants.

Met our needs at a good price

We chose this property based on location, price, and the fact that it was a single floor (one guest has limited mobility). It absolutely delivered as promised based on these criteria. Unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed by other "take it for granted" factors. While there was plenty of space, the strange lack of some pretty basic furniture (nightstands, living room coffee table) made the space less inviting or usable. There is a large collection of DVDs, but only a PS2 to play them on (how many guests will know how to do that?). It was generally clean, but since the bathrooms and kitchen did not appear to have been updated, ever, nothing really felt clean (due to badly discolored grout, etc.). In summary, it was "fine" for what we needed and the photographs in the listing are more or less accurate. But I would definitely not choose this property if I was looking for a vacation feel or needed to stay more than a few days.

Great central location!

We enjoyed our stay for my birthday weekend! The bedrooms were spacious and so was the living area. We were 10 minutes from mostly everything in Cape Coral. Check in was easy and it was a nice quiet neighborhood. Thank you for a great stay!

Missed seeing /regular tv.

Lack of actual television programming. I can appreciate the vast video collection, but that wasn't my interest. Providing even a digital over the air antenna would have nice. Plenty of hot water, for showers was a major plus. So was a washer dryer on sight. I only packed 5 clothing changes and did my laundry on sight. The use of the garage was great, so didn't have to worry about someone messing with my car. My stay was like taking a vacation with all the comforts of home. Thank you for allowing me the use of your house. It was affordable and clean. I will check back when I plan my next trip.

Perfect place

It was perfect and we were happy with the place!! Very clean and we made sure we cleaned up everything before we left and put clean towels up and had the laundry going for them. They communicated well with us!! Highly recommend

The property served its purpose. It is clean and centrally located. We needed a place to sleep at night as we were out and about each day.
