Enjoy some relax time in this beautiful renew house. Very quiet location in downtown Cape Coral.
South East Cape Coral, Best location to Stay. 3 min from Yacht Club. You will be close to everything at this centrally-located place.
This house it’s only 11 miles to Sanibel Beach, 13 miles from Fort Myers beach, 15 miles to Captiva Beach. The nearest airport is Southwest Florida International Airport, 17 miles (20min) from the accommodation.
1.4 miles from Fish Tale Grill Restaurant, 1.5 miles from Ford's Garage Restaurant, less than a mile to Starbucks, Dunkin and many grocery stores and restaurants. We are also only 7.4 miles from Sun Splash Family Waterpark., 12 miles from Salty Sam's Marina/ Pirate Cruise.
The vacation home provides guests with a big screen TV in living room, free Wifi, smart TVs to stream, Xumo Stream Box, Netflix and a lot more… a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven. A microwave, a toaster, an air fryer, a big fridge, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. We provide all bed linen and towels.

No smoking, No pets, No parties or events
1. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed upon. (If you would like a late checkout, please make arrangements with us at least 24 hours before departure time. Late departure cannot be allowed if a new guest is arriving)
You must vacate the property by 10:00 am. Failure to check out on time may result in $150 late fee.
2. Please note, This is a NON SMOKING property. If there is evidence of smoking in the house, you will be charged a $300 fee
3. There are to be NO PARTIES OR EVENTS without prior authorization.
It is essential that all outdoor entertainment and loud noise must stop by 10:00 PM out of respect for the neighbors. Overly Loud or Rowdy behavior is unacceptable at any time.
4. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests is 6 (As stated on the Listing)
5. Cleaning Fee
The cleaning fee covers one cleaning of the entire unit after your checkout. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - Linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate, but could be scheduled at an additional charge of $150 per cleaning. For long stay we suggest a cleaning every 2 weeks to maintain the property in good condition or if a deal cleaning it’s need it at the end of the stay we will charge an extra fee of $150 for a daily cleaning.
Property Equipment
Linens and bath towels are included. We provide starters for shampoo, conditioner, toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags.
Grocery stores are very close if you need anything immediately.
In addition we provide a hair dryer, iron, our kitchen it’s fully equipped with a microwave, toster, Coffee machine, Dishes and silverware, cookware and more
Pack ’n Play/travel crib, Extra pillows and blankets are also available.
Any extra request please let us know with time.
*Please do not use the provided bath towels as beach and pool towels. We only provide bath towels. Lost, stolen, damaged and/or destructed items provided in the unit or on premises will result in partial or full non-reimbursement of security deposit.
6. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS -Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
7. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS -Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
8. Parking Space: There is a max parking space for 3 cars. We don’t allow parking on the grass.
9. Security Deposit
GUEST(s) will be charged a refundable security deposit of $500. Release of the Security Deposit shall be subject to inspection of the property and will be returned approximately 7 days after departure provided there is no damage or additional charges.
10. NO REFUNDS or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures and malfunctioning equipment. Every attempt will be made to correct the situation as quickly as possible. These inconveniences may include, but are not limited to, the following:
a. Weather Conditions
b. Power outages.
c. Adverse weather or road conditions.
11. No more than 4 guests are allowed to visit the property at one time without prior consent from the management company.
12. The owner/operator shall not and will not, under any circumstances, be held liable, or otherwise take any responsibility, for any injuries that may occur to the tenant, the tenant's family and/or invitees (any guests) that is caused or permitted to be caused by the intentional, unintentional, negligent, or careless acts of said tenants/guests, tenant’s families and/or invitees. By the written or electronic endorsement of this Agreement, Tenant agrees to forever hold-harmless and indemnify the owner from any liability and/ or responsibility arising therefrom. Tenants expressly recognize that any insurance for injury, property damage or loss which the owner may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of tenants.
13. Internet/ Cable
Our house provides FREE WiFi Internet and Smart TVs with Stream Box cable. You can also stream anything from your device to the smart TVs.
14. NO windows or doors can be left open. We appreciate your understanding. The thermostat CANNOT be set below 70 degrees. In Florida this will cause the coils to freeze over in most cases and render the system inoperable. You will be responsible for repairs and/or loss of deposit if thermostat is set below 70 degrees or if the coils are frozen over.
15. Just as a reminder we ask that you be conservation conscious and turn off all lights and water when not in use.
16. Pet Policy
We no allow pets in this unit. There is a non-refundable Fee of $300 per unapproved pet to cover additional upholstery cleaning.
17. We have exterior cameras to insure safety of our guests. Please notice, if any tampering with any of the cameras will be noticed, guests will be immediately expelled without reimbursement.
18. Please also take the time to consider any personal sensitivities with traveling outside your home. We don't control weather, wildlife or can cater to each individual's sensitivities. Thank you for your personal responsibility in your choice to travel to Florida. With that being said, here mosquitoes are part of the nature & outdoors and you cannot have one without the other. Here are our suggestions for a safe and healthy outdoor experience, do your research on which mosquito repellent you prefer and pack a good supply to last the length of your stay. As a reminder: we have insects in Florida ( mostly mosquitoes, ants, flies, roaches, palmetto bugs). You also will see occasionally frogs, geckos, even snakes in Florida around the vegetation everywhere. The bugs are not associated with cleanliness issues and occasionally come from outside. We do pest control and spray the interior and exterior regularly. As long as you keep all the doors shut, it will be more difficult for them to get in. We are unable to offer any guarantee against or refunds for an occasional bug in the house. We will not provide a refund for guests who do not read and understand the instructions that are provided to them before they book.
19. We won`t rent our properties to big groups of students under 25 years old.
20. Trash
You are responsible to place the garbage in the trash bin located outside the house in the right hand side facing the house. Trash truck pass by every Monday, if you are in the house Sunday please place the trash bin outside for the pick up.
21. Additional Provisions
We, or any agent representing us, may enter Property at any time in the event of emergency. In all other cases, we will use our best efforts to give 24-hour notice for normal maintenance.
22. Issues
Please any matter, emergency, or otherwise should immediately be reported to us.
