Welcome to our comfy home, an ideal place for vacationers & business travelers. Enjoy easy access to everything in this centrally located place that is walking distance from transit, parks, shops & restaurants.

This 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms suite offers kitchenette, laundry, living room, dining area & family room. It can accommodate up to 10 guests with an air mattress.

Quiet neighborhood. Free street parking.

This lovely family suite has separate private entrance. The guests have full access to the entire suite and they will have complete privacy and uninterrupted comfort during their welcomed stay.

The home can accommodate up to 10 people with extra luxury air bed. If you need the air mattress, please let the host know before your arrival.

Thank you for your hospitality! This was a great choice for us as it was close to the cruise port and the airport. Short walking distance to convenience stores and some smaller shops. Door Access is downstairs so just be weary if you have disabilities. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very welcoming!

Wonderful hosts

Short trip before cruise. Was easy to get in and out of. We were able to walk to Queen Elizabeth Park. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions and were also so thoughtful that they found my husband's hat he left and mailed it to us.

Great honey place in south Vancouver

Property was great for staying overnight. Not much space for cooking as there is only a partial kitchen no stove or oven. Property clean and property manager was very nice and friendly!

What a great property. Excellent location. I appreciated that they clearly set forth in the listing that we would have to walk along gravel and go down a few stairs. We had no problem and appreciated the honesty. We also really appreciated plenty of crisp white towels, a washer and dryer. Just a great property. Thank you.

Pleasant accommodation in nice neighborhood

Property is located in a lovely neighborhood and was clean and ready for us. The hostess is on premises so is easily available for any issues you might have. She recommended a great restaurant within walking distance. We did need the blow up mattress and coffee pods which the host provided.

Overall, this is a nice property with a gracious, attentive host. However, the one detractor was the dirty dorm-sized refrigerator that also had a small freezer completely frozen closed by ice. It was clear it had not been cleaned in a long time. As a result, we could only put a few small items in. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed meeting our host.

It was my pleasure to host you and we were happy to accommodate your requests including earlier dropping the luggage and refund of air mattress fee. There is no air conditioning listed on my property description. The temperature in Vancouver Summer season (June to Middle September) varies between 15 and 25 degree. Most of time guests feel very cool at the basement suite. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we hope you can communicate your request with us more efficiently. If you let me know the situation, I would provide extra electronic fans and portable air conditioner for you immediately. Your feedback is invaluable, and we have resolved the problem as we strive to enhance our guests' experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for an even more enjoyable stay.

A good option for a family with small children

The overall place was exactly how it was described and photographed. A few things to keep in mind: the footsteps from the family living above might wake you up if you’re a light sleeper, but it’s not too terrible. It got pretty cold at night and the only source of heat was the gas fireplace. There are blankets but you might have to sleep with a sweater on. The positives: safe neighborhood; water pressure from the shower and the toilet; beds were comfortable.

If you let me know this situation, I would provide extra heaters for you immediately. The temperature in Vancouver Summer season (June to Middle September) varies between 15 and 25 degree. Most of time guests want to use air conditioner or electric fans, but occasionally some guests feels cold and want to use fireplace when it is raining. That's is why I always leave the fireplace available. Usually the local Vancouver residents don't turn on the heating for the whole house until October. However, we do provide extra heaters anytime if you need them. We apologize for any inconvenience. Your feedback is invaluable, and we have resolved the problem as we strive to enhance our guests' experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for an even more enjoyable stay.

Perfectly situated accommodation near the children’s hospital. The internet was good, suite was clean and beds were comfortable. My only recommendation would be a grab handle at the tub/shower?? Young people would not even notice this but I’m not so young anymore. This was an excellent place to stay for appointments.
