The entrance is via the back patio (featuring outdoor seating and a BBQ) or the front door. Conveniently located just a 10-15 minute Uber/Lyft ride from local attractions like Stanley Park and top shopping destinations.

• No shoes inside the house
• Pets: Maximum of 2 pets with a $189 cleaning fee per booking. Guests must clean up after pets.

Security & Privacy:
• 6 exterior cameras and a home security system monitor guest compliance with house rules, including guest numbers.
• We live downstairs but respect your privacy and do not enter your space.

Our stay at this suite was excellent. We had a few minor issues, but the host was immediately available by phone or text when we had them, and resolved our issues as quickly as possible. Everything in the suite was as advertised, and the location was good for getting just about anywhere by transit.

Our stay was great, this place was clean, well set up and perfect for a large group to stay. The host was great checked in to ensure our needs were met. Highly recommend staying here. Will definitely come back again.

Great Vancouver Property

We were a family group of 7 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property has 2 separate living/sleeping areas, which was perfect for us. Our daughter and family stayed downstairs and we and our son slept upstairs. Kara provided great amenities. The location is beautiful and quiet and an easy walk/Uber ride to local restaurants and attractions.

Spacious and near everything

The house was spacious and fit all 11 of us easily. It had plenty of off street parking. 10 min to groceries, restaurants and parks. We had a great time. And Kara was super nice and helpful.

Great please to stay

Great owner, clear communications and responsive to questions. The flat is spacious and is perfect for my family (2 adults, 1 teenage boy and 1 teenage girl) especially for the teens that tended to need more personally space to chill.

Excellent Stay in Vancouver BC

The house was an exact fit for our group. Everything was stocked, clean, and the owner was VERY EASY to work with. We had a small special request that was not an issue. Kara the owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks Kara we enjoyed the house.

Perfect for Large Groups

A group of friends had an excellent, no hassle stay in Vancouver! This home is perfect for large groups in that it has more than enough beds and plenty of towels, linens, toiletries, etc to go around. The neighborhood is quiet with a just a short walk to excellent shops, cafes, and restaurants. The host is extremely accommodating with excellent communication throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again if I needed accommodations on the larger side. Thank you!

A 2 Day Vancouver Tour

Everything about the house was great. We picked up some grocery items when we arrived at an inconvenience store a mere 2 blocks away. (very expensive) and go lost looking for a liquor store on foot. Otherwise the stay was great, no complaints and being in Mount Pleasant, it was convenient and close to everything we planned on doing. We will stay there again if we take a group to Vancouver again. Needs updating and very noisy

No air conditioning the whole trip. The owner’s daughter lived below and coughed all night she should have seen a doctor, kept the 5 of us up for two nights. The grout had mold in the bathroom, kitchen cabinets were filthy with food stuck on cabinets. They started the laundry at 11:30 pm after the 10:00 pm quiet time. Road noise too.

UBC Thai Club Getaway

We had a little getaway as a small group of 20 people in our ubc thai student association. The host initially wanted 16 max but we assured her we weren’t going to party and make it a frat house and that we were just there to chill. Kara was extremely helpful and reachable and even gave us a discount on the extra person charge. She provided amenities for us too and we are grateful for her hosting service. Thank you so much Kara

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay

My family (7 adults, 2 children and a service animal) all comfortably stayed in Kara’s home over the weekend. The pictures looked exactly as presented, the home was clean and we enjoyed being able to play the provided board and video games as a family. Kara was extremely helpful in providing additional info once we arrived at the home and was always available when needed. Easiest check in process. Wonderful home. Can’t say enough positive things about our stay. The only problem is that we should’ve stayed longer than the weekend. Highly recommend. Thank you, Kara!!

3 Family Visit

We enjoyed our visit to Vancouver for American Thxgiving. There was plenty of cozy beds for adults and kids. It was nice that one family cld bring their dog. He had to stay downstairs which was no problem. Negatives..... Parking was really tight but we where able to fit 2 full size trucks in back parking with gate closed. Dishwasher was really small. The TV Channels where bit hard to navigate, exspecly for sports. Was hard to find what was offered. No coffee grinder for coffee we brought but there was enough pods/ground coffee and tea. We'd definitely stay again! Thank you

Great responsive Host!

Kara, was a great host who was replied to questions about the property/area in a timely and detailed manner. I cannot fault her as a host. The property itself was good for our requirements i.e15 people (mix of adults + children). The only slight fault was that a few of the sockets did not work in the kitchen area which meant breakfast time was difficult at times. That said, Kara acknowledged the issue and did come to the property to provide a resolution (offered an extension lead). Kara was accommodating and even offered late check out based on our flight time which we appreciated very much. Thanks for having us Kara!

Great for large families.

This property was great for our family of 12. Every couple had their own room. Home was located in walking distance to several restaurants and breweries. Property was very clean and had everything we needed to cook. Kara the owner was very responsive with any questions that we had.

The property

The ground floor is uneven between the sitting room and the dining area, and many of us stumbled during our stay. It's dangerous at night. When someone moved around the upper floor, the sound amplified to the downstairs ceiling . Soundproof is bad within the house. The walkway to the front garden is dirty; which is disappointed because the front of the house is a nice space.

Amamzing Find!

I had my team stay in Vancover for a trade show, and I have doen this several times. You never know what you are going to get. At this property they thought of everything. The place was immaculate, the beds and bedding were fantastic (all 6 of them). Will look to make this an annual stay!! Top Notch!
