Enjoy watching the sunrise AND sunset from your own private balcony and relax to the sound of the wind and the waves. Condo is on the 27th floor, center of the beach. You won't hear any street or pool noise, just the waves crashing on the beach! Restaurant and tiki bar on site, coffee shop, store, arcade, rent jet skis, relax on the beach. Fishing, golf, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Attached covered parking for 2 vehicles. Recent elevator upgrades. New (June 2024) front load washer and dryer! Starter supplies of amenities included, I've got you covered! All linens and towels are luxurious.
*BONUS-Free use of property facilities (including the beach and parking garage) all day on both check-in and check-out days! Check-in early and use the property restrooms and locker room to change and relax at the pool or on the beach while you wait for the condo to be cleaned. Panama City Beach has something for everyone! I chose this beach front condo so you can relax on the beach without the hassle of having to drive and find parking. But on the days when you want more, you can walk to shopping, restaurants and the fishing pier where you can stroll the pier and watch people fishing. Just a short drive away are golf courses, Shipwreck Water Park, Marine World, mini-golf and countless water sports. Visit one of the 2 state parks or rent a charter boat. There's scuba diving and snorkeling available at dozens of offshore artificial reefs. You'll want to come back again and again!
